There are a lot of speculation threads about NFL trades and acquisitions. I forget what the normal time progression is. What is the earliest date when we usually start to see movement from 1 team to another?

normally around march 1st. There's been some speculation that the salary year that ends march 1st may be extended during labor negotitations. Who knows if it will but that could hold things up
