OK gang... no NFL games today, so let's have a little trivia quiz.
The basic rule is that a color is included in every answer. And they are pretty normal colors; I'm not trying to trick you by using things like mauve or chartreuse.
1) Bears' Hall of Famer named Harold.
2) A current NFL team has a fictitious bird on its helmet. What are this bird's colors?
3) 1st overall NFL draft pick - player name and team name.
4) These three players tied for first in NFC receptions one season in the 80s.
5) This team holds the record for the most points scored in one quarter in the Super Bowl.
6) Jim Taylor GB won the NFL rushing title in 1962 with 1474 yards. What was the significance of this in another player's career?
7) 29-446-3, 30-506-0, 83-1202-6.
8) This team had the best league record toward a championship, but was suspended from all league rights and privileges (including the right to play for the NFL championship) after playing a game against a team of college All-Stars despite being warned not to do so by the NFL league president. Later, in 2003, the NFL decided to examine the case, but voted 30-2 not to reopen it. Who was this team?
9) Roger Wehrli is in the Hall of Fame. What is unique about that?
10) Earl, Robert, Don, Johnny, Clarke, Mike, Arnie, Vince, Tony, Jim, Forrest, Bart, Ray, Herb, Willie, Jim, Paul, Willie, Henry, James, Reggie are all what?
11) Frankford
12) Super Bowls II, III, V, X, XIII
13) What is Ronnie Lott famous for doing so that he could continue to play in 1985?
14) Alan Page, Carl Eller, Jim Marshall, Gary Larsen (then Doug Sutherland).
15) 1980s QB Todd who was born in the same city where the Hall of Fame is found.
