**Niners at Buccaneers**(-3, 47.5) 4:25 (3 Viewers)

Great win over the Rams last week, but I can't help but feel a letdown game happening for SF. Mac Jones has filled in very well for Purdy, but I worry that he's breaking down himself, and that he's not gonna be as good this week against a blitz happy Todd Bowles defense. CMC should get his, and Jennings returning is nice, but I think they spend most of the game chasing.

Even with Evans or Godwin, I think this sets up as a huge game for Baker Mayfield. Honestly, the current version of Godwin might not be better than Sterling Shepard anyway. This is a game where SF will REALLY miss Nick Bosa. I think they can shut down the TB run game, especially with no Bucky, but I think Baker just blows up, and I think he takes current ROY favorite Emeka Egbuka with him. I'd go so bold as to call Egbuka my WR2 behind only Puka this week.

I think the Bucs win big.

Shanahan just works Bowles every time out. He knows what Bowles is going to do before he does it. Bowles won’t change what he does to shut down a great player like CMC.

Would love a Bucs’ win but I’m not optimistic.

Baker usually falls off when he’s getting all the positive attention.

Yeah, the 49's have kind of had their way with the Bucs in recent years. I have been a major critic of Todd Bowles but I do feel he is getting better and hoping that the good guys show up today and ball out.

Man, I’m tired of this garbage. This is the best game of the day and I can’t watch it.

I subbed to Sunday Ticket, ESPN+, Paramount+, Peacock and FOXSports Live, and I still can’t see the game because it’s blacked out locally and I don’t have a “TV” provider.

And, no, I’m not gonna buy an antenna- what is this 1984?

Wow, Warner down now? San Fran is snake-bitten. It’s to the point, you almost have to deep dive on what their training/medical staff are doing and fix anything.

Hope the injury isn’t as bad as it sounds- Warner is an absolute game-wrecker.
