So what happens if the Padres lose tomorrow, and the Phillies, Mets, and Rockies all win? I know the Phillies and Mets will have a play-off to determine the NL East, but how will they determine the wild card? Do they wait until after the Phillies/Mets play-off, and then figure it out, or what?

My prediction right now is this:
Mets, Padres and Rockies win tomorrow.
Phillies lose.
That would give the Mets the East, and the Padres the wild card.

If the Padres win, it is simple. They get the wild card, and then it just comes down to the East. If the Mets and Phillies both win or both lose tomorrow, they play Monday in Philly for the division.
If the Padres lose, not so simple.

Its a shame there are teams with better records that don;t make the playoffs.
Mets, imho do not deserve to be there. They are a bad team. Overhyped due to being in NY media. The same NY Media that some how turns Reyes into a gold glove all star MVP lol.
I mean for a team to allow the phillies to come back from the hole they were in, considering they been through 19 pitchers on the DL, some 12+ STARTERS making a DL appereance....that is just horrible ( for the mets ). Playoffs or not the Mets are considered one of the biggest chokes already.

Basically, the Phils and Mets would have a playoff game to determine the NL East winner. Then the team that lost would play a round robin with the Padres and Rockies to determine the wildcard winner.

What channel is it on? ESPN has MNF. Fox has Prison Break and K-Ville on. ESPN2 has pool which would probably replaced with the playoff game.

Actually I think I recall this happening once before and the team losing the division tiebreaker gets the shaft as their loss in the division tiebreaker puts them a half game behind the wildcards and are no longer considered tied. If it would have happened that way, the Rocks and Pads would have played for WC and Mets and Phils the division. Kind of strange and I could be wrong here but I am pretty sure this happened this way some years ago.
