David Spade covered this on his podcast with Dana Carvey
it's not a finished product. it wasn't ready for airing. Spade said it was a tough watch in retrospect knowing Norm knew he was dying .. and watching him struggle to workshop the act.

For what it is, basically his last public appearance ever (which I think he knew it was), I thought it was fantastic Loaded with subtleties throughout. Perfect Norm.

The last special is a bit rough because his delivery is a bit off without an audience, but there's so many typical Norm jokes, My favorite:
"My wife is pretty stupid. We have this thing called a Hall Pass, where we can chose any two people in the world and it would be ok to cheat on the other with them. I chose Angelina Jolie and Christine Brinkley. Like I said she's so stupid. She picked the Mexican fellow who cuts my lawn and his brother. She could have chose anyone and she choses them. So stupid."

That one slayed me. The other one that got me was when he was talking about airplanes and ends up on cannibalism: "I'm not a nutritionist, never pretended to be one, but you don't gorge on co-pilot. You graze. Six small meals of co-pilot throughout the day."

i think that someone did that joke before but in the reverse. "My wife picked Brad Pitt and I picked our babysitter." Though Norm's take with calling her stupid is and making himself look dumb is different and probably funnier.

Really liked it. Some true LOL moments. Starts off a little rough because it was like he was just trying to get as many bits on tape as possible. Not much of a pause between bits, just rapid fire. Sandler touches on it in the interview after. Starts to hit it's stride a little before the wife joke above.
Gets touching at the end when he talks about his mom.
