North Metro MSP police chase ends in crash - right outside my window&# (1 Viewer)

Apparently the couple driving the truck were having a domestic dispute inside the car. They led cops on this wild goose chase up and down 35W near my house.

It ended when the truck went down the wrong way (our street is separated by a median) and ran into a dude head-on. Fortunately he wasn't hurt.

After the couple ran into this guy, they fled on foot to a house behind mine, broke in, and tried to get the lady that lived there to give them a ride. They were arrested shortly thereafter. People are nuts.

In the 3rd picture from the linked article, you're looking into my front window! Fortunately (unfortunately?) there was no funny business going on.

Full video of the chase.

Crime is out of control in your neighborhood. You should run for city council and clean up the town.

If she fell in love with him, it could be a movie.

That's way too small for a FBG house...
That's just his winter home.
someone should tell him that you're not supposed to live in your winter home when it's winter...
Wait, what?
I think he meant you aren't supposed to have a winter home in a climate where they actually get winter.
How about - don't live in your winter home when it is actually winter in the location where your winter home is located.

Well this is obvious. Look what can happen!

Person running the cameras needs to work on their skills.
Actually it was sort of fascinating watching different cameras pan in different ways. Some tried to lead the target vehicle; some tried to follow it by adjusting a lot. Some tried to adjust more infrequently.

I wonder how many different controllers they had working them.

Probably one. But it looks like it was his first day.

It's different in retail loss prevention. But, most stores have one person running surveillance of 30-50 cameras. When tracking a shoplifter, not having the person in the picture leads to mistakes. As you get used to the cameras, you are able to predict movement and keep moving objects in the frame at all times.

Had the suspects vehicle wrecked on the one off ramp, it would have been missed.
