Congrats Twinkie fans Who would have thought that the White Sox/Twins would be battling for the division at the beginning of the year.Good luck in the playoffs

no kidding. both have overachieved and it's been a fun race to watch. it's not over yet though and it sounds like the Indians might shut down Lee for the season. looks very likely that it might come down to the 1-game showdown in Chicago. should be an exciting weekend!

Just got back from the game.Man, that was fun.I hate the Metrodome, and am a Red Sox fan, but I sure was cheering for the Twins.What a great story. This sure is gonna help with the new ballpark next year.

I was at the game too. Awesome game! Hope Slowey is ok. Gomez and Span are playing with a ton of confidence.New ballpark is in 2010 not next year.

So who gets the start on Tuesday if the Sox win today? Do they go to Liriano despite his awful last outing? Too soon for Baker and Slowey probably isn't ready ready to go with the arm injury. Do they think about Blackburn here?
