Who said that?Seems to me this is another instance of GM/Ownership going along with what the player wants so they don't cause any unneeded tension between each other. Player doesn't follow thru on his end of the bargain, right or wrong, and owner goes into retaliation mode.Happens in the opposite manner too. We all know all of this.'Snotbubbles said:Yup. Have Hamilton be your first choice in FA, not your third.'Daywalker said:Daniels sounds like a complete doosh. Texas got great value out of Hamilton and if they wanted him they should have been leading the negotiation. Everything coming out of the Texas camp since the end of the season has been like a preparation for his departure. Instead of wishing him well they act like he did them wrong. Weak. Perhaps the Angels said this is a one-time offer and that it won't be there if he leaves the room.Texas looks like idiots. Doubt you would have heard this if he hadn't gone to a division rival.

If not too much for a 38 year old knuckleballer coming off of a career year. But I'm just angry because I have Travis in my AL only keeper league and will get the Dickey if D'Arnaud is involved.
Yea because R.A. Dickey has been Cy Young material for so long.
Glad I'm not the only one. But he's a Cy young winner, who apparently is as good as David Price.
