The Blues aren't playing well, but neither is Ryan Miller. He has not been the difference maker he was touted to be. 4 goals allowed on 13 shots in a game they desperately needed to get them out of this slide? That is not good.

2 goals on John Curry? Maybe the Blues should pick him up next year.

At this point, he'd be an improvement over Miller, who has allowed 12 goals on 64 shots in his last three games.

Folin looked pretty decent for his first game. guy looked a lot bigger out there than I expected, good strength around the net. recorded his first point too.

Sharks have nothing to play for and the Avs can clinch the division with a win and a Blues loss. Blues play Dallas who has everything to play for as a win clinches a playoff spot and avoids a potential showdown with the Yotes on Sunday. and the Avs should get Parenteau back as well.

One of the best articles KC has ever done at the Wa.Post about the Caps troubles but I wanted to get some opinions on a quote made by Ovechkin in this and get you guys reactions to it.Clearly I'm biased here being a Caps fan but reading this quote made me furious from Ovechkin and makes me think he will always just be this type of player and it never sinks in he could do so much more.

“My job to score goals; that’s why I get paid,” Ovechkin said this week. “I didn’t get paid to put puck deep and create some other opportunities. As soon as I’m going to do that, you guys going to ask why I don’t score. It’s always going to be questions; there’s going to be remarks where I have to play better.”
