1. If I know I'll be paired up with someone that wears the same size, I'll start keeping a lookout for nice shirts right away. And not have to wait to see what I need to buy. For example, I'll be in a my in-law's part of the state in the next few weeks. They have a minor league baseball team with a cool logo, and I'll pick one up of my size for my stalkee. 

2. As others have mentioned, XXL and XXXL shirts are sometimes more expensive than the standard S/M/L. It's not a big deal, but if it's been brought up before, then it might be worth considering to keep things even.

Not to pile more work up (but save him some $$) on the Boss , but we should have a back up roster for Sender's that miss their deadlines. That way he doesn't get stuck making up for someone who can't participate either at all or by whenever the deadline is.I know he did it last year, at least once, probably more.

I'm sure we can come up with enough stalkers willing to double up for someone who bows out for whatever reason. We could conceivably double or triple up and have a couple guys send one shirt, so none has to do a full double batch. I'm guessing it won't be any more than a couple.

Regarding backup senders, last year we had everyone get and send a shirt, so it worked out great. I'm expecting similar results this year, but if we have issues, we can get it figured out later. I'll reach out to the volunteers if needed.
