I'm about 15 minutes delayed on Peru-Denmark but sweet Jesus this announcer is horrible.  Like they actually hired a guy who does parodies of soccer announcers.  WTH is this crap?

I'm about 15 minutes delayed on Peru-Denmark but sweet Jesus this announcer is horrible.  Like they actually hired a guy who does parodies of soccer announcers.  WTH is this crap?

The announcer is the best part of the game.

JP Dellacamera and Tony Meola = meh

Mark Followill and Warren Barton - they did Egypt v. Uruguay - I liked these guys, understated call

Derek Rae and Aly Wagner - call me sexist, but not a fan

John Strong and Stu Holden - I am probably in the minority here - but meh. 

Jorge Perez-Navarro and Mariano Trujillo - these guys are fun to listen to - might even make the Mexico games palatable 

Glenn Davis and Cobi Jones - they get Croatia v. Nigeria next.

Made it to the bar at 5:50am. Told my my friends I knew that wanted to be there that if they got there by kickoff Irish coffees were on me. If they were late, fernet on me. They literally sprinted in at 6 a crack before kickoff. I had 3 Irish coffees for the first half (a new favorite thing of mine. I just got back from SF and had the real thing at Buena Vista. Changed my liver). Shot of fernet for the gol. 3 tequila OJs for the 2nd half. Friends needed to do stuff... Dropped me off. Fell asleep. Sup?
