Those mayor Pete flyers aren’t gonna take themselves down
We're all going to die of the Mexican beer flu soon enough, why not enjoy the time we have left? Ohtani will pitch his first game in May....I think I can make it that long.Thank you for saving me from myself
So dumb that he's still not one player...their original reasoning was they didn't have enough time to do the work to make him a single player.
Dumb guy question: where would single player hitter and pitcher Ohtani be drafted? So dumb that he's still not one player...their original reasoning was they didn't have enough time to do the work to make him a single player.
in your buttDumb guy question: where would single player hitter and pitcher Ohtani be drafted?
Probably not his butt, tho.....might get lost up in that one.in your butt
This year maybe just a round or so higher. He really needs to prove he can make it a whole year doing both...but think of the tremendous upside! (rip tup)Dumb guy question: where would single player hitter and pitcher Ohtani be drafted?
I dunno, but if he met some sort of projected average over 162 games for both using very limited sample size, you're talking about a guy who could hit 30 HR/90 RBI with 17 SB and a nice OBP north of .350 to go along with an ERA of 3.31/1.16 WHIP and a K/9 rate of 11. Being employed as both frees a roster spot up on your team for another body too. But, he's not going to start more than 20-25 games, won't hit and pitch in the same games (per Maddon) and will likely take a day off after he pitches, so he's unlikely to get those offensive numbers and really, what do we have to compare him to? Mudcat Magill and Old Hickory Haynes from before electricity? What kind of toll will this take on his body over an entire summer?Dumb guy question: where would single player hitter and pitcher Ohtani be drafted?
now imagine he was amphibious and threw with both hands!I dunno, but if he met some sort of projected average over 162 games for both using very limited sample size, you're talking about a guy who could hit 30 HR/90 RBI with 17 SB and a nice OBP north of .350 to go along with an ERA of 3.31/1.16 WHIP and a K/9 rate of 11. What do you mean by this?So dumb that he's still not one player...their original reasoning was they didn't have enough time to do the work to make him a single player.
Exactly what I said? What do you mean by this?
I assume the website code would need to be modified in a significant way to allow one Ohtani to play as a pitcher or hitter. What do you mean by this?
Yes, that's what they said in 2017.I assume the website code would need to be modified in a significant way to allow one Ohtani to play as a pitcher or hitter.
So on days he pitched you’d have to pick?Exactly what I said?
Other sites have just one Ohtani and you can put him at UT or P.
ON DAYS THAT OHTANI PITCHES DOES HE BAT IN THE DH SPOT?
IIRC, NOR ON THE DAY BEFORE OR AFTER. SO IT'S 3 HITTING DAYS/WK MAX IF HE'S IN THE ROTATIONIT'S PRETTY WELL KNOWN ON DAYS OHTANI PITCHES, HE DOESN'T HIT.
I think Yahoo?!1 has McKay listed as two separate players too. So he's still avail as a hitter, @Cappy's SandwichMakingBoyfri19.09 Brendan McKay SP TBR
Confirmed.I think Yahoo?!1 has McKay listed as two separate players too. So he's still avail as a hitter, @Cappy's SandwichMakingBoyfri
