Sorry if I seemed snippity, but I may be overly sensitive (especially now). In the last week:

my best dog died after 14 years

My mom is in hospice in Assisted Living, but I have a cold and cannot visit

I have a cold/corona?

I'm a packrat and am allowed until Thursday noon to move out of a 2800 SF house and packed garage (but cannot move into new house until noon Friday)

I am being audited by the VA for my fiduciary responsibilities for my recently deceased (November) father's accounts (everything was legit but had to FAX them 81 pages from four acoounts and countless receipts. They are under review)

I had to correct four credit bureau errors in the last seven days to get an accurate score for my mortgage. Only three returned in time and I ended up with having to pay an extra $5000 at closing  because wife's score was 759 instead of 760 cutoff.

The day after I lock in the rate, the fed cut rates half a percent

My wife has decided the best way to relieve stress is to ramp up her complaining 350%

I dropped my laptop yesterday and shattered the screen

My knee went out and I can hardly walk 

I had to get a tooth removed and an implant screwed into my jaw

I come here hoping for a little companionship and stress relief. 

On the plus side, my doc gave me scripts for antidepressants and Xanax and the dentist gave me Codeine. I bought the bourbon on my own.

Now try to put together 2 night tables, a 5 drawer dresser, a bed and an armoire from wayfair using a paper clip, scotch tape and methane gas.

I’ve got a business trip to Traverse City, AKA Michigan’s wine country

get put up in a nice hotel downtown where I can walk to all the bars and restaurants and only have about a 5 minute drive to the plant in the mornings 

unfortunately it’s only for 2 nights

oh and I have to drive 4 hours each way to get there/back, but at least I don’t have to fly Air COVID to get where I’m going
