I know it's a tad early but with covid running rampant and holidays in flux maybe again I figure I would start it and have some "normalcy"

I'm not trying to be generic lose weight better shape but a little bit more specific with the first 2

1) I need to bump the weight thread again. I was doing so well. Hurt my back/stopped coaching and packed on almost all the weight I lost :( so lose 40 pounds in 2022 and keep it off for all of 2022.  (175)

2) more exercise even if it's just walking. I have done  very little the last few months partly why I gained weight. 

3) drink my coffee black.. I don't do sugar but have been hooked on flavor creamers.  Try to ween off it slowly.

4) practice more at my golf game.... really been slacking.

Of course I want everyone to be happy healthy and the world to be better but these are my personal 2022 goals ...
