Phils 7-6 vs Mets this year but Mets won the last 4;game series 3-1.....

Gonna be a tough one

Regular season is irrelevant. Tijuan Walker won't be pitching.

EDIT: It will be interesting to see how the Phillies pitchers react to the extra rest. They tend to function at their best on normal 5 days rest. They'll be getting 6+ days rest. Their splits aren't bad, but not as good as normal rest.

Welp, I definitely gooched the O's. Sorry Brewers fans.
Apologies again Brewer fans.

For those looking to fade me for easy money, I'll be pulling for the tigers, Royals, Mets snd dodgers. Sorry fans of those teams.
Can you switch to the Padres please? Tia
Sorry, now that the astros are out, Machado is the most root againstable entity left in the playoffs. Yankees are just a hair behind him in that department. Also I've lived in la county my whole life, still a mild dodgers fan.

Granted I'm no marketing genius or anything, but would it have killed mlb to have a game or two on tonight?
I assume that they didn’t want any teams having to come off the first round with no rest. That Mets-braves doubleheader on Monday may also have thrown things off, though I suppose they would have given everyone that day off anyway

I hope Gerrit Cole gets launched into the sun. This was probably my most WTF moment in pro sports for the past five years, and I got to watch English footballers and Yale fencing athletes take the Floydian knee. This article doesn’t make sense until the end. No byline, notice, by ESPN. Just a total corporate congloma****.

Stanton has to be the slowest man in America.
It’s painful to watch. My son scores standing up on Cabreras double….and beats the grounder to third by 10 steps.

Not joking lol.

Meantime…..Yankees win…..theeeeeeeeee Yankees win!

Great game.

Man, I rarely if ever complain about officials. But the royals got royally screwed.
That was a big non reversal on replay.

I mean……clear as day he was out. What’s the freaking point.

And I am a Yankees fan……but I hate seeing that being a baseball fan first and foremost.

For the record I have always been a closet Royals fan.

George Brett was one of my top 3 baseball idols growing up.

I followed the Royals as long as the Yankees. Lots of great teams in the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s then again in 13-14-15.

I like seeing them succeed. Class organization.
