Depends where you go Golf Galaxy the fitting is free if you purchase or the charge you for the fittingIs it poor form to get fitted but then not purchase clubs from the shop? I’m in the market for new irons and woods, but don’t want to pay retail. Is that simply the price of getting fitted?
I usually get fitted after I choose what clubs I like because not all clubs have the same lie
For example my old Hogan edges were 2 degrees upright my current Callaway razor x are basically stock but if you look at the default specs their 1° upright compared to what my default specs for by Hogan's are so in reality I'm only down 1 degree compared to what my Hogan's were.
