Yeah he’s not the best on long steep climbs.

I thought Gall, Pidcock and Pellizzari all did a great job of pacing themselves today. Not only was it super long, some of those gradients on the last climb were 23-25 percent. Didn’t seem like anyone in the top 8 or so ever ever cracked which is pretty impressive when you’re going 20 minutes over your limit.

Big moment for Almeida. The final short descent was a little narrow & chaotic - no good spots for Jonas to attack - but that’s the best climbing I’ve ever seen from him.
