Devin is still an ###, but that speech helped him with the women of the house. Now if only he could stop being a paranoid #####.
Devin is cooked. No one can trust being in an alliance with him when he may decide to go drama at any moment and reveal all or change course. Imagine everyone will steer clear, use him opportunistically and dump him at the earliest chance.

Devin might be the biggest idiot to ever play the game.

Seriously...look at his options last night...all he had to do was leave them the same, and tell the alliance he was OK with whomever they wanted to send home. He's a control freak. I think he likes making moves for the sake of making moves, with no thought to if they actually help or not. Might be the worst "overplayer" ever.

everything told to Devin in confidence has been made public to the whole house. everything. the second he is vulnerable he is gone.

Some background info about Devin for those that care that might shed some light on why he is the way he is. These are some things we see on the feeds that I don't think will make it on to the show, violation of his privacy and what not, has to do with his mental health.

History of substance abuse (I think I heard xanax mentioned), busted for shoplifting, jailtime, rehab, support groups, friend that he used to relapse with overdosed at 21. He's called to the Diary Room every morning when he gets up to take meds (I *think* he is bipolar, he's definitely something). My theory is that later on at night his meds start to wear off and his disposition changes. He gets more delusional and impatient as the day rolls on. I think he's a relatively nice guy who is going out of his mind being locked in this cage (which pretty much is the point of this game)

Devin is a classic example of too hard too soon. He will be gone in a few weeks max. It's a shame he couldn't control himself because using this all out strategy when 6 people are left could win you the game. IMO he should've laid low even in the bomb squad, then went out with a bang.

Yeah, his actions and demeanor just scream

bipolar or schizophrenic.

He reminds me of a guy who used to work for me. He had serious substance abuse issues, spent some time in jail, and was in AA/NA full-time. Great guy most of the time, but very impulsive and definitely had bi-polar tendencies. He was super out-going, very motivated, etc. The few times he went off his meds, he was a complete nut job...lying, stealing, overly emotional, usually ending up in jail.

Sadly, a few years back he went through one of his stints off his meds and got busted for shoplifting. Subsequently hung himself with the sheets in his jail cell.

2 weeks in, Devin pulled 9 people into an alliance and quit that same alliance. What a buffoon.

Nicole reminds me of Jordan.

Why would he even nominate Zach? Idiot. A passive aggressive approach would've been better ... but he forgot the passive.

The whole Donny and Pow Pow friendship thing is completely off the wall. I guess that's just a part of the social experiment aspect of the show. Two people that would never meet and have nothing in common become best buds. Good stuff.

I really can't tell if Paola or Devin is the dumbest person in this house. Devin is Big Brother stupid and extremely paranoid. Paola is just dumb in general. I mean I understand the speech before the power of veto think is completely useless but the idea that you would waste on this goofy Zoolander #### for TV is mindboggling.

The more I watch the show the more I think donny is the smartest person on this show just because he hasn't done anything stupid. Almost everyone has except the preacher girl who hasn't done anything

Derrick is by far the smartest person on this season IMO.

Nicole: why did you tell them that Caleb was going to throw the comp?

Donny: you didn't tell me to not tell them.

:lmao:

Feel like I'm watching Forrest Gump with Donny.

i have been watching BB season 2 while watching this season and its amazing how different it was back then.

With Donny? What about her? She actually did tell him not to, they just both forgot.

I honestly think at this point the whole "this doesn't leave the room" is more a formality that goes in and out everyone's ears. Everybody says it, nobody follows it.

It was the way he was saying this secret so nonchalantly to an audience that didn't seem to give a hoot that made me chuckle. He doesn't appear to be the brightest bulb.

My son and I crack up over Donny. The guy has some crazy idiot savant ability when it comes to winning people over. Devin is sure he's a ninja and wants him gone. Before you know it...Devin is crying in front of everyone and apologizing for ever doubting Donny.

Paola was sure she couldn't get along with Donny...now he's her best friend for life. I'm pretty sure she'll be his pallbearer.

Freaking Nicole knows he went behind her back and within one sentence with Donny...she apologizes.

I'm sorry...but Devin is right...Donny is some kind of assassin under cover. The guy probably did interrogations at Gitmo or some black ops station. He's awesome.

I simply cannot stand that conversation with Victoria and Frankie about his sister. It's ridiculous and didn't seem real without some manipulation.

Donny = #oldmanbeatdown, he cracks me up.

It's also funny when after the dice game Amber hugs Caleb and then she goes "ew you're sweaty" and does a little dry heave.

So honestly, with Caleb and Devin on the block, if the house as a whole wants to better their combined odds of winning, they'd vote Caleb out. The guy is a competitor. He's probably more of a physical threat than even Devin, AND he plays the social game. He's a dangerous mix of social, physical, nice, and a little intimidating. If they vote him out this week, everybody still hates Devin next week. If they keep Caleb around, he'll gather a group of folks willing to ride his coat tails till the end, and then that group will fight it out. Best choice for a longer term level playing field is to vote out Caleb this week, take your chances with Devin next week, and hope to get him out in the next 2 weeks. Devin won't ever have the numbers to go with the brawn...Caleb might.

Oh, and totally agree 100% that Derrick is playing this season the best so far...under the radar, but in the game.

I live Donny. Totally like watching Gomer Pile play Big Brother. To me, Frankie hasn't been as annoying as I expected he would be.

Brittany is the best looking, followed by Nicole and then Amber. Amber could improve her status by getting her teeth fixed.

Caleb is potential stalker material and Derrick is the best player right now, although I think Frankie also knows how to play the game.

Zach is funny and Victoria is non existent.

Every time they show her, I say to my wife, "Crap, I completely forgot about her." She's beyond floater...What does she do all day? She's never in any of the story lines.

I agree tht so far Frankie is definetely getting the "non-annoying" edit.

I also don't watch the feeds, but is Hayden involved in anything? He also seems like a total floater, other than some DR sessions he seldom appears on the CBS shows.

On Hayden yes he is involved.
