So this completely sucks.

I left a week ago and saved my profile to the cloud storage so I could access it while I was away. I have 2 active characters: level 46 commando and now level 30 mechromancer.

For some unknown reason, I was only able to access the mecromancer profile through the cloud. So, I played it and moved her from level 21 to 30.

I got back today, and accessed the commando on the xbox HD but can't find any active story missions. Every available mission is optional and labeled as trivial. It's almost like the game thinks I am around level 30 Slot prizes are all level 30 etc.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Used a key today for my Zer0 character and it gives me two awesome class mods... for Sirens. WTF? Can you imagine just having one key for preordering, saving it, and having that happen? Seems like some seriously weak coding that something like that wouldn't take your character's class in to account. Not sure what they were thinking there.

If on xbox I would go to the xbox home screen (exiting game without saving). That "should" save your key to be used again for something more beneficial.

I'm PS3. But it's ok, I was able to replace the key. Like I was saying, I just think that is sloppy programming for something so touted as part of the preorder. It's right up there with what turned out to be a totally cheesy amulet for preordering. Great game, but the preorder swag was totally over-hyped.

Been farming the warrior (Level 50) and finally last night he dropped the Conference Call shot gun. This gun combined with the bee shield makes soloing terramorphous a breeze. I started farming terramorphous and after about 10 tries I got The Breath of Terramorphous Grenade Mod, quite a few legendary class mods and one other legendary pistol. What I have not been able to get are any of the legendary heads. If you find them, hold on to them as they seem to have the most value.

I was able to farm the Bee today (took 25 tries). I was then able to kill Terramorphous with the Bee and a level 45 shot gun (Moxxi's reward). Took me 8 tries.

Now I just need to revive a friend and find that damn Donkey Mong and I have all trophy's outside of the three other character specific trophies.

Only talking level one here, but found this one much easier than Fink's. I scouted around the area before triggering the fight and found a couple of round platforms with only one route in. Figured a nice choke point would help. So started the round and ran right up there. It gave me an awesome view of the spawn points. So, I sat back and sniped all the mechs before they were even close enough to be able to view me. The human spawn points were easy to cover also. At times, I would have to run down to trigger a spawn. But it made the level extremely easy. We'll see if it continues to work for subsequent levels. Oh, I also went back to Fink's now that I leveled up a bit. This time it was a no threat environment.

Lvl 5 is a little harder because of multiple constructors and 7 waves of bad guys. Not a ton harder though than the annoying level 4 Moxxi's shot gun is a reward for the quest Safe and Sound. Here is the web page

How do you farm jack? I have never seen him after the first kill and I have farmed the warrior for a week.

you can keep farming them for Legendary items and the huge amount of loot that the Warrior drops after you defeat him. If you’re going to farm a boss, this is one to do it on; all you have to do is save at your closest check point called Hero’s Pass and just keep cycling through Jack and his little pet (quit, continue, buy ammo, repeat).

I tried that and it didnt respawn them. Maybe different for the first run-through?AFter saving it, still had End This as the requirement.

First three levels of the Hyperion Slaughterhouse are pretty easy. The difficulty level goes up at level 4. You should be able to breeze through the first three levels.

I blew it off and moved on. Down to just the fight with The Warrior remaining. Saved right before going down the stairs.

The Warrior now respawns, and my current mission is Get To KNow Jack which I never finished. This was my first run through, and I am level 35.

If it's ok, how do I reset the game? Start it on True Vault mode?

My game did the opposite. After helping TLEF finish the Warrior and the main story, I went back in solo with my character who hadn't done the main mission before the Warrior one. After finishing that, I get the prompt asking if I want to skip it and I told it no, but I didn't want to do it that night. When I came back in the game, my only option was to start a new game on True Vault mode or normal. I couldn't even finish the game nor my side missions I had left. I tried clicking Continue and it started a new game on normal. I was pissed (I wanted to run the Warrior for a couple of times) and haven't played on that character since.

Try going back and playing on normal. I think True Vault starts a new one.

damn, opportunity is so much harder the 2nd time through. (true vault hunter)The constructors have those crazy heat seekers that can drill you from like a mile away.

Died like 4 times, costing me almost 700K, and that was just doing the optional portions. Haven't even gone after Jack's body double yet. nasty.

I don't think you're screwed. I did the same thing. Just choose true vault option.

I picked up 3 orange things quite quickly on level 2 with another character, so it leads me to believe there's nothing orange on level 1.

Honestly, I probably had about 6 orange things by the time I got to the Warrior. That's even before I started messing with the slots to get more. Must've been pretty lucky. I level 12 Mechromancer already has 2 orange things - nothing shared over. I can't say I'm doing anything special. Just shootin', killin' and lootin' a lot. (I think the 2 orange things the Mechromancer have both suck, TBH. But they ARE orange. Nothing rhymes with orange.)

It should work. The fight through heros pass is a little different as you don't have your friends.

Since you are one of those that farmed the warrior, is there any point to it? Or should I just move on to play-through 2 and not bother?

The warrior on the first playthrough was EASY. I was at lv 35 mind you. I got a grenade mode that is orange from him but it's a fire gren but the damage says it's 375ish and it's one of those spawning ones that makes 5 grenades. How can that be right for a lv 32 gren mode.(Yes I'm too lazy to search google)

Just wanted to let folks know, this worked. Fought my way through and entered the area and the warrior spawned. No Jack, just the warrior. Not a bad drop. No orange or anything, but looked like some pretty good shields and guns. Had to save and get out though, so didn't get a chance to look to thoroughly.By the way, when I loaded today, I didn't see the option to start in True Vault Hunter mode. I assume I can still do that, right??
