***Official CFB NCG Thread: Ohio wins; Joe T shamed once again*** (1 Viewer)

The pull back guy is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Seriously? The coach doesn't know where he is?

On paper these have been some really tremendous matchups scheduled this year. College football really did an A++ job revamping their postseason.

:goodposting: Some very entertaining matchups. I'm hoping the main event isn't a letdown.

Yeah I thought the same thing, lots of evenly-matched games and also some nice old rivalry match-ups likes this one. I think West Virginia replaced TAMU in the Big 12, so some storyline there also. Arizona/Boise, Ga Tech/Miss St, and TCU/Ole Miss also interesting games. Baylor and Sparty two, opposing worlds collide. ####ty bowl games are behind us, the next 72 hours of college football is as good as it gets.

Seriously? Even some high school teams have one.
Oh come on. Think about how stupid that is. A grown man really doesn't know how to contain himself from going onto the field of play? So much so that he needs another human being to continually stop him? What is he, three years old? Asinine.

Swooped is not great.
I wonder if this is the year that if an NFL team called he would consider it. Seems like an amicable break-up may be for the best, program seems stale. OU shouldn't have 5-loss seasons or get pasted by a team with its backup QB like that.

Then again he did beat Bama in the Sugar Bowl just a year ago.

He's talking about the Texas QB

Well I was going to post that about swoops anyways.

I actually meant the terrible UT QB...but I'm sure some rumors will be flying about Stoops.

I used to love to draw college and pro jerseys when I was a little kid, but I could never do Texas. No burnt orange crayons in the box.

Florida State lost 3 or more games every year from 2001 to 2011, six of those years they lost four or more. They are ok right now.

OU should have never lost to OSU or K-State, they gave those games away. They lost by 4 to TCU and Clempson and Baylor killed them. There are issues, but they are mostly with ####ty players. Gameplan tonight was fine IMO.

Yea well FSU alum got restless and ####canned their legend coach. When has OU last been relevant nationally? Like playing for a title or in the discussion the last two weeks of the year?

Honestly asking, I don't remember. That title game loss to LSU?

Stoops is a great coach and by no means do I think they should fire him but things sometimes run their course.

They were top five this year! They have won 10 or more games in 12 of the past 15 years. ooooooooooof

I'm talking end of the year, this team can make the playoff/title game. Seems like it's been a while.

I don't really consider preseason top-5 rankings relevant and I know you don't either.

I'm just trying to have a conversation here, and you're ignoring my point, likely because you know I'm right.

Btw You get awfully defensive and have a real soft spot when talking about OU. Nobody is calling your sister a pig or anything.

She didn't call me on Christmas even though I pay for her kids to go to private school. You can call her whatever you want.

OU finished ranked sixth twice in the past four years and lost to Florida in the BCSNCG in 2008. It's a disaster!!!!!!!!!!

Best I've seen my tigers play in awhile... Last 3 bowl games we've beaten LSU (was there for that one), Ohio State, and OU.

Not bad.

My sister is a major cuuunt too, couldn't even invite her to my wedding. Monster. :hifive:

OU isn't a disaster, just seems like it's been a while for them. But if the fanbase is content/happy I certainly don't care.
