the buhlin wall is at his finest, still all the shots I wouldn't be surprised for the Flames to comeback in this game. 33-11 shots thru 2, totally unacceptable.

I grew up in the Chicago area and first really payed attention to hockey in video games falling in love with Belfour, Roenick, and Chelios. However, the decision to not televise home games and a lack of opportunities to go to games really curbed my interest. With the new regime that is righting the wrongs of the past, I am loving the thought of being able to see all of the games and fall back in love. Add that to the exciting young talent and my move back to the Chicago area this week, I couldn't be more excited. Unfortunately, I will be on the road for the next week. I hope the wife is okay with me catching games when I can of the Bulls and Blackhawks.

 
Congrats Hawks fans! I'm really excited to see the turnaround this team has made the past two years and look forward to a renewed rivalry between Chicago and the Red Wings. Nothing better than an Original Six showdown!! I'm pulling for the Hawks vs. Vancouver and hope to see you guys in Conference Championship. :goodposting:

Luongo missed 24 games. Im sure he would have been good for the four points that separated the two....you cant re-invent the wheel...I see why Calgary couldn't hold a lead against ssshhh-HICAG-o. They only need to play ten minutes a game to have a chance to win.
 
They played well and as someone else has mentioned even though they lost it was a good game for the Hawks. They put 3 pucks past Luongo and know they can score on him now. I still think this goes 7 games and the Hawks win it.

 
3rd period coming, who will we see? Good hawks or Bad hawks? Sharpie Hat trick?

Bolland faked out Luuu good.

Save on Eager had me pissed as hell.

Was a helluva save though. Unfortunate that Eager didn't get some air under the puck.EAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll take that shot any day, I'd much rather see how many times the goalie can make that save, then see eager miss the net or something goofy. Hate when announcers say a guy should lift the puck, when a goalie makes a 1 in 100 save.
 
:popcorn: Hawks played great hockey in the 2nd and 3rd. :thumbup:

They really need to stay out of the penalty box early in the games as it seems to take them awhile to get skating. I hope they can keep the momentum for the home games.
