DFSguy posted a link from a white supremacist site and was called out on it. Then tried to pretend he didn't know. what kind of site it was. Then actually tried arguing that it wasn't a white supremacist site at all. Then started putting multiple people on ignore because he couldn't stand the heat.  lol   As long as people get exposed on messageboards, they will claiming it was all just fishing. If you are a true Christian, then you must believe that all humans originated from a single race of people, and the "differences" you see today were caused by mankind, not by God. Therefore you should celebrate any breeding that gets us closer to the mixture that God created.

I think there are two things at play with the abortion comment:

1. Everyone knows he's been pro-choice his entire life. He didn't bother reading & rehearsing the pro-life platform, because he probably just figured there's not a lot to it -- just say you're against abortion.

2. He lacks a conscience. Even with his lack of preparation, this wasn't a difficult question to answer. Watch how he stalls, and tries to turn the question back on Matthews to buy time and hopefully evade the question. Then when nailed down, he just went into his default authoritarian schtick. Yes, sure, punish the women. That says a lot about about what a cold and callous person he really is. Then a minute later Matthews asked if the father should be punished too, and he said no. So as a bonus it reinforces the misogynist argument against him.

I disagree with #2, but whatever. 

I agree in a sense with your first point that he really hasn't thought much about it.  Instead, when he said something (abortion) should be illegal, it wasn't a big jump to there must be punishment.  If you do something illegal (murder, for example) you will be punished.  Illegal abortion would be the one crime that that creates such an uncomfortable, immoral position, that makes punishing perpetrator would be a none starter.
