He may not have that much money.  He attributes some huge percentage of his supposed net worth to his brand - which you can't exactly spend on campaign professionals.  His reluctance to release tax returns may be due to this exact issue.

On Saturday, Trump backers passed out flyers at the convention site with official campaign slate of 13 delegates and 13 alternates accompanied by their three-digit number position on the 600-plus person ballot. Seven of the names, however, directed people to the wrong number and one delegate's name was misspelled. Other candidates did not have errors on their slates.

In one case, an erroneous number corresponded with a Cruz supporter. A second flyer handed out by the Trump campaign contained four mismatched names and numbers.

Today was the first Sunday in over six months that Trump was not on any of the morning political shows. I read that the producers of these shows always carve out a space of blank time in case Trump calls up unexpectedly.

Not sure if this is the only reason but he almost certainly is not as rich as he claims.

Couple big deals going on NY and PA.

- In NY Trump has to hit 50% to get all the 95 delegates, if he doesn't, he will be splitting them by district. He's currently winning at a healthy 54% per Fox, by far his best state yet if that holds, but technically he's just 5% ahead in terms of keeping or surrendering a huge chunk of what's at stake.

- In PA there are 71 delegates. But 54 are UNBOUND. Again, Trump is in a good healthy lead around 48/22/20 per Fox IIRC, but he's really just competing for 17 delegates. the other 54 are largely up in the air and subject to the process which has so favored Cruz in LA, CO, WY & ND.

I still don't get the obsession anti-trumpers have and why they hang out in the trump threads. Read the hillary and bernie threads, nothing close to this. Very weird.

Ted Cruz is going after small districts to ramp up his delegate share, not to mention that he is cheating left and right to take delegates from Trump.

According to what Hillarybots are saying here, Junior has as good a chance as Trump.  In fact, you don't really need to be born in this country, get on the ballot or even win any delegates to become President.  You just need some guys to keep stuffing cash into your pockets.

So will they do a cover next week about potential President Clinton signing laws favoring Iran after the First Man does a $1M speech there? Or perhaps women tragically dying in accidents soon after visiting White House while Mrs Clinton is having dinner at Clooney's?

This is such a glaring example of how ####ed up this whole delegate system is. So hard to believe both parties do this ridiculous crap. I mean this is just shouting as loud as can be to the people fired up to vote....STAY HOME YOUR VOTE IS MEANINGLESS. 

There should be one primary day where every state/territory votes just like the general election. Assign electoral votes or use popular vote, whatever, but this should be done by the people.

I doubt the fund raiser dinner menu will include Hillary's favorite food (pork) as Clooney's wife's family is Muslim.
