Trump has complained that his motion for summary judgment was denied. But it's extremely hard to win a motion for summary judgment. If there are any factual disputes in which an inference can be drawn in the plaintiffs' favor, SJ must be denied.
As has been pointed out, Trump can move to disqualify Judge Curiel. He'll just lose. And he should. Should every African American defendant be able to say, "I'm not getting a fair shake from this white male judge, he must be disqualified"? You need more than some vague accusation of bias. You need a concrete conflict of interest. And that's more than even evidence that the judge is politically opposed to you. Nobody disqualified Scalia from hearing cases about the 2nd Amendment just because he was an avid hunter.

He's been in the public eye as a buffoon for 40 years. He's been given more than a fair shake.
Here's the disconnect, this isn't between Curiel and Donald and their respective races.
This is between Curiel being Mexican and Donald being the Republican frontrunner who is hard on immigration.
Just not an apt comparison. Donald isn't saying he's being unfair because he's white, he's saying it because of his tough stance on immigration.

This is two different things:
- Yes, the judge likely hates Trump (as most intelligent people do)
- He was not biased in his decision because Trump U has no 'trade secrets' to protect. Why someone won't ask him what 'trade secrets' he is so upset about being released is beyond me.
