Yes, in theory, but there is a price to pay - which might be losing control of the Senate and reducing the GOP majority in the House. Supporting Trump would mitigate some of the inevitable damage from his being the nominee.

She can't be the VP candidate. She pretended to be a minority to get into law school and land better jobs. The only use for disgraced fauxcahontas is as internet troll. It is not like she does her job so she has a lot of time to pretend she is outraged by Donald's internet attacks, by making internet attacks.

What Donald said was that he had oversees business and he had to contribute to Hillary to help his business concerns.

Actually I'd like to hear his views on why he contributed to the Foundation. No, I don't think it was charitable and no I don't think it was for tax breaks.

Here's what's happening: People are going to hate Hillary and vote for the Don. Hillary better hope upon hope she carries each and every and ethnography she can muster. Because there are a lot of slices that don't like her one bit. Women included. Don't take it as a slam dunk that Hillary dominates that demo.

Nobody gives money thinking it's a bribe when it isn't.

It's also possible Donald was thinking the Pay to Play access & influence game.

Otoh maybe he was just a Democrat who is a friend of the Clintons who supports/supported them and their policies.

'twould be nice to find out, no one ever asks Donald or Hillary follow ups on this.

That would be awesome.  Imagine having a presidential candidate publicly confess to a federal crime.  If anyone would be stupid enough to do that, it would be Trump.

He might be full of it to deflect from the fact that he's just a mostly lifelong Democrat and Clinton friend, but he said he gave her money to help his business. - How was Hillary going to help his business?

Does anyone really think that Hillary or Bill wouldn't take Donald's phone calls?

Donald has been the John in politics for a while.

He negotiates and pays, question is what will be offering Ryan and what did he give to get his favor if Ryan endorses.

Donald trump lies constantly, refuses to release his tax returns even though every candidate has done so in the past 40 years, insults and objectifies women, questions the service of a war hero while dodging the draft himself, mocked a disabled person on television, called Mexican immigrants mostly rapists and drug dealers, enjoys the endorsement and retweets white supremacists while claiming not to know who David Duke is, cheated students out of thousands with Trump University, has cheated on multiple wives, encourages violence at his rallies, , wants to ban Muslims from entering the country, changes his mind from one sentence to the next, doesn't understand foreign policy or the national debt, appears to have Narcissistic personality disorder, is a truther, birther, anti-vaxer, believes conspiracy theories and cheats at golf. 

But that's ok.  

Elizabeth Warren possibly once lied about her heritage.  She's OUT!!!

Not if Warren was recounting what her family told her when she growing up and she believed it. IIRC her other siblings verified they were also told they had some Native American ancestry. If she knew it was a falsehood, then, yes, it was a lie, but that hasn't been established.
