Gotta give Fox credit, they put all these females on with short skirts and low-cut tops and throw them all on the couch together. Meagan McCain looks like a dirty girl.
According to the Thoughtfulness Poll, Trump has the upper hand right now.Depends who you're talking about. The people who have supported Trump from the get-go, obviously not. But there are always people on the margins. If Trump loses by 2 points, I think a Trump-like candidate in the next GOP primary race would have an easier time consolidating support from otherwise hesitant Republicans and right-leaning independents than if Trump loses by 10 points. I also think if Trump loses by ten points, Trump-like candidates would be less likely to run in the future, and/or candidates would be less likely to adopt Trump-like positions and talking points.
This isn't a huge deal or anything. Obviously a Trump loss is the most important result to obtain, every other concern pales in comparison to that. I'm just saying that I think votes always matter for reasons beyond who wins and loses an election, and that given the unique awfulness of Trump, I think that's even more true this election.
Plus - he wins on Facebook! Lots of open-minded thoughts in that link.According to the Thoughtfulness Poll, Trump has the upper hand right now.
Come Nov 8, Trump will be the hero and Hillary is already a zero.
If the economy is still sluggish like it is now, yeah, a Trump 2.0 would have a great shotHowever many points Trump loses by, it's almost inevitable IMO that we will see a Trump 2.0 next time. Somebody, perhaps more than one, will say to themselves, "I can run on this nationalism, nativism, and xenophobia stuff just like Trump did, but I'll run a far smarter campaign and I dont have his personal baggage." That's sure to happen.
You say this as if everyone stopped saying bad things about him would make a difference. And the more that people put Trump down, the more his supporters think he is just the hand grenade the country needs.
The difference in psychology is obvious. Hillary is looking for people to support her dreams. Trump is representing people whose voices have not really been heard. However many points Trump loses by, it's almost inevitable IMO that we will see a Trump 2.0 next time. This is central to how Hillary's team wanted to fight Trump. They are not only looking to win, they want to destroy his reputation so he can never rise again. You say this as if everyone stopped saying bad things about him would make a difference.
It wouldn't, and whether they are driven further into their bunker of idiocy doesn't really matter.
Gosh, I wonder if they will ever figure out a way to destroy his reputation. This is central to how Hillary's team wanted to fight Trump. They are not only looking to win, they want to destroy his reputation so he can never rise again.

Bill Clinton showed them the way.Gosh, I wonder if they will ever figure out a way to destroy his reputation.

This link is a delight. We don't get enough of that particular brand of delusion around here.Plus - he wins on Facebook! Lots of open-minded thoughts in that link.
Trump supporters (Woody Harrelson), meet grenade (Trump), grenade, meet Trump supporters. NSFW language![]()
That's why I've never been a Trump supporter because I think he's just insults, red meat slogans and catch phrases. But I can see that if someone feels as if they have been lied to their whole lives by politicians, why not say F it all, I'll take a chance with this guy and see what he does. And the more that people put Trump down, the more his supporters think he is just the hand grenade the country needs.
What do you do with this routine after the election?Bill Clinton showed them the way.
Thoughtfulness is always on trend. What do you do with this routine after the election?
People love it when they get involve in epic battles. And based on what those people are saying, their voices should never be heard again.
It's sad that they're angry about being lied to their entire life and then fall for the biggest liar in history. All the politicians lie because people want to be told everything will be alright. They can't accept the truth that when a steel plant closes due to global competition that it's never coming back and the workers will have to be re-trained for other jobs. Rather than accept that they just get mad that there aren't any steel jobs.![]()

If anyone is foolish enough to be duped by this (literally proven) con man into thinking Trump represents anything other than his own self interest and need for adulation, they deserve the mess that they ask for.The difference in psychology is obvious. Hillary is looking for people to support her dreams. Trump is representing people whose voices have not really been heard.
Politicians have paid lip service to many groups in the past. Disenfranchised voters will always look for their best champion. It is what elections are designed to do.If anyone is foolish enough to be duped by this (literally proven) con man into thinking Trump represents anything other than his own self interest and need for adulation, they deserve the mess that they ask for.
unfortunatley that mess would also affect the rest of us, so let's hope things continue as expected and we don't have to deal with watching Trump undercut the very pawns he is using to fuel his megalomaniacal campaign.
Do you honestly think Trump cares about those people? I understand that there are people that feel unheard, but how can anybody believe Trump has any real interest in changing their lives for the better? Indeed his whole life has been exploiting people like this. The difference in psychology is obvious. Hillary is looking for people to support her dreams. Trump is representing people whose voices have not really been heard.
Trump has always connected with working class people. Hillary is the Republican in disguise. It makes me laugh when Dems say they love her.Do you honestly think Trump cares about those people? There is lip service. There is bull####. There is extreme bull####.and then there is Donald Trump.Politicians have paid lip service to many groups in the past. Disenfranchised voters will always look for their best champion. It is what elections are designed to do.
I don't find it odd. We just found out social security cost of living increase for our seniors and disabled is a whopping .3% for next year. It's always been mid-end of Oct where such things are decided and revealed. It's open enrollment time from mid-Oct. The premiums aren't even known yet. So hardly a conspiracy going on here..Seems odd they chose to reveal next year's rate increase two weeks before the election. Thanks to Trump's mouth and horribly run campaign, this is already in tje bag, but this was not the government's wisest move.
Just because he also has fake gold in his living room doesn't mean they are connected.Trump has always connected with working class people.
Clearly he's connecting with some of them, but that's not what I asked. Do you believe he actually cares about working men and women in this country? All we have to support that are his words, and it's been proven that most of his words are lies.Trump has always connected with working class people. Hillary is the Republican in disguise. It makes me laugh when Dems say they love her.
A guy who has gaudy home furnishings? Definitely very relatable.Just because he also has fake gold in his living room doesn't mean they are connected.
Yes, he does. I really believe this.Clearly he's connecting with some of them, but that's not what I asked. Do you believe he actually cares about working men and women in this country? All we have to support that are his words, and it's been proven that most of his words are lies.
Tired of seeing this nonsense. She's a pragmatic Democrat ala Obama.Trump has always connected with working class people. Hillary is the Republican in disguise. It makes me laugh when Dems say they love her.
I was looking into her heart. Republican.Tired of seeing this nonsense. She's a pragmatic Democrat ala Obama.
So he's turning into a politician instead of just a reality TV star? There is lip service. There is bull####. There is extreme bull####.and then there is Donald Trump.
He is a professional scheister; a self promoting shill for whatever suits his needs. He has repeatedly screwed people over, defrauded them and screwed every and anyone he could along the way.
This is not election bull#### as usual and shame on those so shallow or driven by worse motives to embrace this dangerous monster.
Based on what? Trump University? The 100s of contractors and small business owners he refused to pay driving them out of business in some cases? The products he could have made here, but made overseas instead? The money's he's (not) given to charity? Give me something besides words that shows he cares about the working man. Because all the evidence suggests otherwise.Yes, he does. I really believe this.
I have excellent instincts about people.Based on what? Trump University? The 100s of contractors and small business owners he refused to pay driving them out of business in some cases? I can't find this to be anything but an absurd conclusion. Tell me, other than his bull#### rhetoric (which even you agree is at the least, election talk that doesn't really mean anything), what in Trumps history would have you think he actually cares?Yes, he does. I really believe this.
Someone who is thoughtful will balance that against people who have nice things to say about him. I concluded he is a good person after taking all evidence into consideration.I can't find this to be anything but an absurd conclusion. His decades long history of not paying vendors and throwing his weight around?
His numerous at best sketchy and quite likely fraudulent business practices with Trump U being just one recent example?
His outright and proven lies about contributing to charities and the reality that Trump has given next to, if not nothing, in reality?
Or his countless on the record promises and lies throughout his career?
1. What makes you think he really cares? I literally see NO basis for thid
2. Considering his long history of clear lies and false promises - not during an election but as a regular business practice and strategy of his for decades, how can you possibly believe anything he says, including and especially any desire to "help out the little guy"
how exactly has he shown that he will fix this other than "i'll negotiate great deals, believe me"Tell that to somebody whose town was decimated when the biggest employer left for another country and they can't find work and they are witnessing the heroin/meth epidemic all around them.
I asked you for your rationale - give me examples. I have a few that are proven, just off the top of my head.Someone who is thoughtful will balance that against people who have nice things to say about him. I concluded he is a good person after taking all evidence into consideration.
the only thing we as a nation could hope for if this man is elected is that his personal interests somehow mirror the needs we have as a nation..Do you honestly think Trump cares about those people? I understand that there are people that feel unheard, but how can anybody believe Trump has any real interest in changing their lives for the better? Indeed his whole life has been exploiting people like this.
you are an expert fisherman, I'll give you that.I have excellent instincts about people.
Ok. I can see now I'm being trolled. Well played.I have excellent instincts about people.
I'm not saying the nation doesn't need hot Eastern European models, I'm just not sure that's enough.the only thing we as a nation could hope for if this man is elected is that his personal interests somehow mirror the needs we have as a nation..
I've been saying this to a lot of people I know - If Trump is elected, buy Real Estate.the only thing we as a nation could hope for if this man is elected is that his personal interests somehow mirror the needs we have as a nation..
It's like Maya Angelou said, "when someone shows you who they are, believe the...opposite?"I can't find this to be anything but an absurd conclusion. One of the most discouraging, demoralizing things about this SINGULAR election cycle for me is not even Trump, but that there is an voracious appetite for him.The anti-intellectualism that runs rampant in the GOP is also a big contributor Trump's nomination IMO.
