****OFFICIAL DYNASTY TRADES**** (21 Viewers)

What do you think Tony Pollard's worth is? I may look to trade him for a 2024 pick. Is a first round pick asking too much?? I don't think I'll move him for a future 2nd.
I traded him last week, kicked in a third and got back James Conner for Pollard and a 2024 first that could be anywhere but I'm taking a gamble on the pick because I don't think the team whose pick I got has good depth and a lot of older players.

I have Pollard on an FFPC superflex best ball team that has no shot next season. Since I can't use him next year, I tried trading him to almost every other team in the league. I offered Pollard plus my 3.05 for a '24 R1 and R2 to more than half the teams (one of which had only Rachaad White and Zack Moss as his RBs). Got rejections from every team, no counters. I then offered Pollard straight up for a '24 R1 from a couple other teams, again rejected, no counters.

I've seen other people list trades for him in this thread, so I know there's interest there, but in this single league, I've found it very difficult to get an acceptable value. (I've gotten other offers for him that involve player packages, but none that were very close.) I don't mind waiting until training camp starts and we get a few "Pollard looking dominant!" videos posted on Twitter.

I traded 2.03 and 2.12 for him before the draft. Pretty happy with that price. I wouldn’t move him for less than a first.

I wouldn’t give the 2.03 for him, let alone add the 2.12. In start 1QB leagues players like Young, Stroud, LaPorta, Mayer, Roschon Johnson, Mingo, Mims, and even Kendre Miller could be there.
Ummmm, yeah, which makes Pollard that much more attractive

Oops I thought we were taking about Michae Thomas.

Pollard is easily worth a 1st from a contending team. The odds of any 2nd-rounder having a single season of finishing as a top-10 fantasy RB (or the QB, WR or TE equivalent), as Pollard did last season, are incredibly low.

Edit: Lol I see you're talking about Michael Thomas, so nevermind.

Oh, haha
Michael Thomas has been worthless to me for almost 2 years now

12 team superflex, non-ppr.

I sent 1.07 (guy surprisingly took Levis)
I received: 2.2 and his 2024 first (guy came in last place last year but his team isn't terrible)

Great move, would do this every time even if we didn't know the future first had a shot of being early-mid

Reactions: Zow
I had 1.02 in a recent Dynasty Superflex League. I was offered a ton for the pick but ended up hanging onto it and drafting Anthony Richardson. Time will tell, I feel good about the pick.
What's a "ton"?
"You load 16 tons, what do you get?
Another day older and deeper in debt
St. Peter, don't you call me 'cause I can't go
I owe my soul to the company store"

One of my early programming jobs was with a coal company in Ky. I had to work on an old stores receivables application, where people owed their soul to the company store. This was long after company stores were no longer being used.

Sorry, I digress.....

so that works out to…

you gave: 1.02
you got: St. Peter

Since it’s SuperFlex, gotta go with St. Peter. Known track record, getting a little old but worth making the move if you’re Win Now.

Since it’s SuperFlex, gotta go with St. Peter
Is it me, or does it feel like everyone is overrating St Peter this time of year? The hype is getting out of control.
Was able to flip him for Moses and a future 1st which I'm hoping turns out to be any one of the Matthew/Mark/Luke/John tier
man, talk about making your roster even older.
Ya see, this is the kind of trade that just destroys a league.

St. Peter started slow with his 3 times before the **** crows denial fiasco but he pulled it together to the point he was literally known as The Rock and that's what you hope to get out someone. Getting a guy back who could not reach the promised land after 40 years of trying seems a little dicey, hopefully the first works out for you.

I agree. - I would have at least tried to get someone like Lot as a throw-in. That dude knew how to party.

12 Team 1QB 0.5 PPR /TE 1.0 PPR
not involved ( but I hold 1.07 & 1.08)

While OTC, Team A traded 1.06
Team A received Hou RB D Pierce & 2024 3rd

Not sure I am DPierce believer….

ETA: pick used on QB Bryce Young

Same league - 12 team/ 1 QB - PPR

1st trade - Team A trades 1.3 & 1.4 for 1.1, then Team A trades 1.1/1.7/Pittman for Mahomes/AJ Brown/Keaontay Ingram

Wasn't intended to be, but ultimately - 1.3/1.4/Pittman for Mahomes/AJ/Ingram

12 tm, FFPC, one QB, bestball

Gave: Tyreke Hill
Got: Davante Adams, Mike Evans
---------------------------
Tyreke has the best situation, but that can quickly change. I like my side by a decent amount

10 team SF not involved

Team A sends Courtland Sutton
Team B sends 3.10, used to select Kayshon Boutte
Wow… Sutton has fallen that far?
I prefer Sutton (when is elsewhere 2024)
I guess so, kind of interesting what values you can get while OTC, was offered Allgeier for a pick straight up shortly after that trade went down, if there wasn't two players I still really wanted that'd have seemed like an easy take

This is a tough one as I'm scared of Mike Evans value this year so think I would have wanted a different asset than that. Adams and Hill aren't that far off and Hill already said he doesn't plan on playing after this contract and wasn't near as good when Tua was hurt. I could see both sides for sure but in Best Ball I might side with Hill over Adams but Evans has some value so you probably got the upside and don't have to worry about starting Evans when he gets you nothing due to format. Probably a good move overall.

That is terribly low for the 1.1 in 1 QB. Probably not enough even in SF. I also wouldn't have given that package up for Mahomes either in QB leagues. The end result for the team wasn't bad but both teams should have kept 1.01 IMO.

Well, I went on a spending spree with some draft capital….
12 Team 1QB 0.5 PPR (TE-P 1.0 PPR) Full rebuild
1-4 RB / 2-6 WR / 1-4 TE
I had 10 picks for 2023 & 8 in 2024 at end of 2022 season

Today’s activity …

I traded away 2024 late 1st (2021 Champ & lost finals 2022)
I received Juju Smith-Schuster NEP WR & pick 2.02 (selected NOS RB Kendre Miller)

I also traded 2.08 away for Den WR Courtland Sutton
(I like his 2024 prospects better than 2023)

I like that you got Miller, but on the surface it’s a meh trade. The Sutton deal I don’t like, but my opinion of Sutton is well documented.

Thanks. Yes, Sutton has issues in Denver but I traded him last year for 2x2s & a3rd
And I like his skill set for a new town in 2024

Liking his skill set is your first mistake :)

I'm less concerned about Evans in bestball
