I like Mason here...in a 10-team league I think both are depth guys with upside but I don't think it is too difficult to find a WR like Downs...I would rather add more depth to the RB unit and if Mason does hit he could be part of a package to land something pretty solid.
Can see both sides, I like the LaPorta/Hampton side personally but wouldn't fault someone for preferring Lamb

So basically it's trading LaPorta and Hampton for Lamb. It's non-TEP. I still would prefer Lamb, but it isn't a bad trade.

Yes, Hampton would have been the pick if I stayed at that spot. We will find out this weekend if that is the same player targeted by the new owner of 1.02.

I think Rice will be a stud but I was pretty thin at WR outside of him in this league. Plus I have Rice in a lot of leagues so didn't mind diversifying some now that his value has recovered in case I am wrong about his future.

What side do you guys like more? I'd be Team B... so while it hurts giving up the 1st rder.... I am thinking Murray and DK are probably worth it as they have youth and frankly my team needs WR help too.

I agree - of the two I think Mason has a legit shot at doubling his value in-season or more. If AJones finally falls off of a cliff then Mason will be the featured back in a high powered offense.

I'll take the package. Rice is good, but so is Addison. Dude has carved out a strong presence for himself in MIN where almost any other WR2 would be completely overshadowed. Add Golden and it's a no-brainer.

If you can do what the Downs owner in my league (very similar format to yours) and flip him for McLaurin AND Aaron Jones, then you'll like him even more. First trade in our league in quite some time I needed to read twice to make sure I'm reading it right

Agree on Lloyd but a decent enough throw in. 16 team league in which there isn't much trading so surprised by the offer and jumped on it.
Wow I really need to stop seeing Tyler Warren and thinking of Jaylen Warren.
Still I like turning the rookie TE into two veteran studs if my team is contending. Warren could be very good but I’m not sure he will outperform Kelce this year and tyreek could still have another 2-3 years of high end production.
Made a couple trades today during our rookie draft. Hate that we did it so late, but it’s the soonest we could get everyone together.

Yes. I was astounded. When I made that trade up to 2.09 I was going back and forth between him and Higgins, ultimately settled on Jayden. Was elated he was still there at 3.02 for me.

Who has moved CMC or Henry lately? I just took over a team that is ok at QB and WR for now, but these are the only 2 RBs worth a crap on the roster and I need to make the team better as a whole. I will be taking Hampton with the 1.2 pick.
I can't get any bites on Henry and the only offer for CMC I got was Garrett Wilson, Jaylen Warren & his 2nd & 3rd round rookie picks for my CMC & 1.2 pick.

Hopefully you get some good responses. Both being older I find limits trade partners. CMC in particular, people are cautious on with his injury.

Trading them away to a contender early in the season might be the best way to get value while they’re both healthy and lighting it up (hopefully).
Or maybe, if they’re both healthy, YOU may be that contender!

Without context I would take charbs and the pick but I understand why you did it.
Given the format I'd say you underpaid IMO. I'd want a 1st in regular TEP but in double a good TE is extremely expensive.

Additional context: this is a new start-up league, so no one else was selling TE. If he didn’t have KWIII I doubt I’d have gotten it done.

I don't think you paid too much. Charbonnet and the 2nd are good darts, but Andrews is a set it and forget it starter in TEP.

Thanks - he’s also 29, and looked rough outside the TDs last year. I’m hopeful it was just that he took longer to recover from the injury & bounced back.
Also some question as to where he’ll be playing next season. The Likely injury puts the trade rumors to bed for
2025.

That said, safeties are fairly common, and this ranking is largely dependent on league scoring.
It would make more sense if the safeties were going the opposite direction, but still not enough to be worth moving off Gibbs, IMO.
