Bort has acknowledged that this was some sort of unforeseen problem that developed. He has built in a new advanced tactic for "speed rush" or "bull rush". He says it will go live sometime this season, but he is still testing it.Here is his quotejevy said:Shed block = 4.I'm talking about those long looping attacks to the outside where you run around a OT. It seems like those are non-existent this year.cosjobs said:Do you have anything in the "Shed Block" special ability? A high score in there should cure it help.jevy said:Have any of your DE's tried to go around the OT's this year as they did last year?I've watched a few games today and every single DE ran right at the OT. Heck, DT's are more likely to circle around the outside to get to the QB then DE's.Off sides calls. Need to have vision and confidence to prevent them.Nice start Hulk
Any DE experts here. I am about to boost my level 19 DE and I was wondering if anyone noticed any changes with the new adjustments. I was going to go mostly strength but I am considering agility now if it effects acceleration a lot now so I can around the OT. He plays LDE so I am going for a mostly balanced build so he can help in run support. He has strength and speed softcapped and is one away from agility if that helps.
This is happening to guys with 50 speed and 50 agility.
- New advanced player tactic for D players added: pass rush type. In response to this thread: http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread...5497&page=1
This isn't live in sims as of this moment, but it's very close to being ready. I'm doing some tests with "donated" test players to make sure certain DE's don't just get a sack every single time with the new pathing. Will update here when I put it live; should be soon, when I'm satisified with testing.
"Evasive" makes your guy try to rush around the edge and generally avoid the blockers.
"Power" makes your guy bull-rush at them, basically what it's doing now.
"Combo" will choose randomly between the two to mix it up if you're both strong and agile.
