Question: instead of purchasing from the slush fund, would it be difficult to just direct the main purchase to whichever lottery is currently the highest? Powerball and MegaMillions are pretty much the same thing now. If this was addressed previously my apologies. Your efforts are appreciated.

Because PowerBall does 3 drawings per week vs MM 2 drawings, it would be more difficult to administer. Possible, but not the most seamless transition when we would change.
