We're expecting a strong second half from the Eck...

Tris and Nen make it for me. Tris still in the MVP race. With our deep teams I'm sure the plate appearances minimum hurt some guys.

top 2 starters and a guy tied for top reliever???dang, my pitching is great...now if only I had actually not picked Frank Thomas & Bernie Williams so early... lol

Looks like it will take atleast 100 wins for a National League playoff spot. We're sitting 45-36 at the half-way point. Going to have to really tear it up to give ourselves a shot. Kind of limped into the break and fell a full 9 games behind Spock after leading the division for a good part of the early season. Mickey has come on strong. Still strikes out a ton but has brought his average up to .222 and has good production and power numbers. If he can have a strong second half and everybody else can maintain we'll be in the mix.

Larry Boy, get in the auction. It's March Madness Baby! Only ten people in so far. It's going to be a blast. Minimum bids will likely be .50.

I agree completely. Third Basemen who hit .360 and Centerfielders who hit .311 with 27 homers should not be in the All-star game. Dammit, another pig flew through my window. BRB.

I think it's time for a new, luring subtitle.

Trust me, carpella.    I know you want the views.
:D My team really ####ing sucks.
:goodposting:
you're still behind me. :own3d:
Who cares? Your team still sucks and that's all that matters. :own3d:
Have you been officially classified as a dummy team yet? :own3d:
You mean like one of those teams that just beat you by five runs? :own3d:
No, I meant one of those teams that beat you twice. :goodposting: :own3d:

man, I would love to...but I'm in college, have pretty much no job and have to save up for a wedding in 15 months... }=O(

life kinda sucks when you stop having all your income be disposable, ya know that?

They should both be on the first few pages. I don't have the links handy, but shouldn't be too hard to find. I know they both have obvious titles like NCAA bracket pick em or something.

The funny thing is, if Mrs. Capella DOES turn out to be an alias (of which I am still doubtful), know one will know, because only insane baseball people come in here. :loco:

How come every time there's an alias, it's assumed that it's an alias of mine?

I'M NOT MRS. CAPELLA
Can A-Rud confirm this so I don't have to deal with lame accusations from Larry boy and Lastresort?TIA

Larry, I'd trust your instincts on this one. It's money.

there's a game of hangman on...you guys who care about the alias would be smart to start playing before I get bored

Gotta give the number of letters at least. You and Shick! have real issues with this game.
