BTW, batters are ranked by BA; pitchers are ranked by ERA (qualifiers only for both). Unqualified guys are not ranked.Does anyone here not know how to use Excel's Sort function to view this data in other ways (e.g. by RBIs, by team, by wins, by saves)?

Just did this w/ steals. 37 players had atleast 30 steals. Most w/ a pretty good percentage too (though some got thrown out an awful lot...I think toning down the baserunning settings a notch would have helped a few teams).

For best results, the list you sort should have column labels.Click a cell in the list you want to sort.

On the Data menu, click Sort.

In the Sort by and Then by boxes, click the columns you want to sort.

Select any other sort options you want, and then click OK.

 
Check out intentional walks. I don't think the sim ever walks anybody but the guy before the pitcher slot. I was disapointed in that and w/ some of the substitutions. If I've got the bases loaded w/ 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th pinch hit for my catcher w/ one of my stud of's on the bench, damn it.

 
Also some of the defensive things. I've got a tie game in the bottom of the 9th (we're pitching) and men on first and third w/ 1 out. We better either try to get the guy at the plate or try to turn two. Had that or a similar situation a couple times and we'd throw to first and let the winning run score. Made no sense. If I remember correctly it cost me a real big division game at some point and I came on here and #####ed about it.

Also, it was the highest OPS of anyone with more than 100 AB.

why? I didn't cheat... I used the wrong player...We never had officially stated rules, we had loosely talked about thoguths on rules...

I was mistaken about what we talked about (I even asked about it and the answer seemed to be "yes")...

I changed him (not right away since it was basically Nipsey & Harrier saying it the first day and they've been the way they are now basically from the beginning)... So I was like "ok... let's wait and see if I was the only one who thought this..." and I was...

no big deal... its not like I probably wouldn't have made the playoffs anyways... I lost, what, 6 games in the last 2/3 of the season?

I don't really care... I just think its a joke that you guys make a HUGE deal about me being mistaken about a rule...but its 100% ok for Nipsey to cheat knowingly...

 
####..you lost 3 of your last 4 (really hurting mine and Koya's shot at the wild-card). 6 games the last 2/3 of the year my ###. You had an unbelievable start and faded fast after those "corrections" were made.

you realize Bonilla had 6 ABs before he got switched to the right season, right??He played the last 20 games of hte season instead of Alou, because Alou only had like 400 ABs on the full season the year I had for him.. So I had to use a different guy for a few games...

Bonilla is that high 'cuz he played about 20 games, half were against dummy teams, and he was hot for those few games...

he never played when he had the wrong year...

and did I mention you had the wrong year for a few guys for the same reason?

you realize Bonilla had 6 ABs before he got switched to the right season, right??He played the last 20 games of hte season instead of Alou, because Alou only had like 400 ABs on the full season the year I had for him.. So I had to use a different guy for a few games...

Bonilla is that high 'cuz he played about 20 games, half were against dummy teams, and he was hot for those few games...

I e-mailed WIS immediately and they fixed everything they could, mostly to my advantage (thanks again for that).You, on the other hand, continue to cheat. Hope Spock doesn't get beaten by that cheating team of yours.

I can't believe the blatant lie/mis-represenation. Trying to act like correcting his roster didn't have an effect w/ the "i lost 6 games the last 2/3 of the year". He lost 6 in his last 10 games. I'll go count it up, but I'm almost positive I had a better record than LB after the All-Star break. If not better very similar. His team wasn't that impressive after the unbelievable start (which was achieved w/ illegal players on the roster).

UCONN, I wasn't saying I lost 6 actual games in the second half of the year...I meant I lost 6 games in the standings (to everyone but Harrier) in teh second half of the year...

 
at the break, I was only about 12 games up... at the end of the season I was 9 games up...

how many did I lose again?

You mean how many games were you worse than the rest of your division after your roster got corrected? Yeah, not that much worse. Only 3 or 4 games for half the season. So you should have finished about 8 games out instead of 9 games up or whatever it ended up being.
