The guy is an absolute terrorist at the plate. What's also good about him is that he can play 1B, so there'll be times where I can put him at 1st and put either Bill Lange or Luis Gonzalez in RF, depending if I want speed or a big bat.This simleague thing is awesome.BTW, I'm downloading the latest verison of Java (it's taking forever), so I should be ready to go soon, if I don't get bored and stop the download. I also ordered a CD, so that should be a little quicker.

This exhibition games are a ton of fun, but let's face it..I can't pitch RJ everyday, the Train can't go everyday, things are going to be different when looked at in light of a 162-game season.Will harrier win? Maybe. But I've seen plenty of impressive teams so far, and I won't be giving an inch to him. We'll have to see. I'm ready to roll.

It's different because with you, there's a history of shady dealings going on. I simply asked which season would count because I was trying to get the rule out in the forefront. I was taking him no matter what capella said because he encaptures everything I want in my players....a tough attitude, a winning personality, and a twinkle in his eye. If you don't get that, then clearly we don't see eye to eye here.

In an attempt to lighten the mood around here, I just finished a game with Koya in the SLLive. Boy, what a game it was.

He started Dazzy Vance, I started Gaylord Perry. Vance was shaky early, allowing 3 runs and a buttload of walks. Perry was good early on, but imploded in the 6th.

Fastforward to the Top of the 9th

After finally subbing in Jesse Orosco and Mike Marshall to clean up Perry's mess, they combine to shut down Koya's team for two innings. However, I'm still down 7-5. Marshall was up to bat, so I subbed him out for Mark McGwire (I started Ruth at 1st and Bill Lange at RF. BTW, Lange sucks). McGwire singles. Eddie Collins walks. Pinch-hitting for Lange, Norm Cash pops out. Ruth walks. So now, the bases are loaded with Albert Belle coming to the plate. Belle, up to this point, has had 1 hit in 3 AB's. What does he do? SMACKS A BASES-CLEARING TRIPLE to give me a 8-7 lead. John Wetteland comes in to shut the game down and Bellucci's Bombers come back to defeat Koya's BK Bums 8-7!

I got to Mordecai when we played. I hit and ran myself out of some really big innings, otherwise I'd probably have won by double digits...I'm reasonably confident I can beat him with Steib and maybe a little Orel. I'll be on later if you want some.
