Somone was asking about he pre-1900 hitters. Well Delahanty has become a stud. He and Williams have been my best hitters. I've also rejuggered my pitching staff. That Burleigh Grimes has been lights out. Two wins, a save, and he's sadly been my best clutch hitter

Spartans just kicked my teams keester all over the place. Knocked Spahn out of the game in the 3rd inning.Spahn and Plank now have ERAs over 5.00. Opposing batters are now hitting nearly .300 against Spahn.Al Leiter has been my best starter so far, and the only one to beat Spartans Rules.

My bad, you get a point for beating one of the teams really competing and lose a point if you lose to one of the 4 joke teams. Sorry for the confusion. It's early.I just wanted to get some measure of the true strength of teams since my schedule is so back-loaded with the weak teams. There are better ways of doing this, but I'm too lazy right now to go back and do it.

That's a good analysis. My team has an inflated record based on schedule. Of course this analysis basically gives a team w/ an easy schedule so far no chance to be near the top. If I'd won every game against "regular" teams I wouldn't have as many points as the leaders. So far in "real" competition the Troopers took 2 of 3 against Pumpnicks, lost 2 of 3 against IWKS, and swept bogart's team. I think my total got added wrong (should be 6points).

Spock has a tough rotation. Hoping to split the upcoming 4 game series w/ him. Unfortunately my only consistant starter so far won't be pitching in this series (threw the last game of my last series...figured it was too early in the year to start messing w/ the rotation just to get a match-up I wanted).Record against FFA drafted teams- (6-3)Record against post-94 teams- (0-0)Record against dummy teams- (7-0)Overall record (13-3) 10-3 at home3-0 on the roadHave also been fortunate to play a lot of home games early. You get 1 point for beating one of the 20 good teamsYou lose 1 point for losing to one of these teamsYou lose 2 points for losing to one of the crappy teams (Dragons, Colombe, Celler Dwellers, King). (The crappy teams also get 2 points for a win against a good team and will get one point for each win against another crappy team).
