its probably because 6 out of 8 guys are playing ahead of better defensive players...a defensive sub is only good when the backup is a better defensive player...

also unless you changed it, the default is to make defensive subs when up by 6 runs... so it was just doing what you told it to do...

I'm hoping that the radical lineup changes that I am doing (benching Henderson, moving Jackson down in the order against lefties/benching him against rightys) will have some effect on this team. I really hope to be at 0.500 or better when I face my first dummy team.

Larry your run of good fortune is amazing. When I sim games against you I blow you off the field but in these league games no one scores on you. Doesn't make much sense. You're either going to win the league or go off a cliff soon. Not sure which yet.

Go into SIM Matchup. A page comes up that says "Select Teams To Play". Click on 'search' and type in the name of the league team you want to play, click on the drop down box for 'created' team and then run the match up. Other than Christy Mathewson there isn't much supporting your hot start. I see a bad moon rising for you son.

I can only get my team to come up in "created teams"...only my team is selectable it looks like...

Ok, On your homepage at the top you'll see 'SimMatchup'. It's a drop down box. Click MLB. You'll then be brought to a page that says 'Select Teams To Play'. There will be an Away box on the left, Home on the right. In blue you'll see the word 'Search'. Click on it. When it open's type goodfellas in the Team Name box. Below that you'll see a box called Teams. Click on it and select 'User created teams'. The in the lower right there's an orange by called search. Click it. All of the Goodfellas teams will appear. You should see mine there. Same process can be repeated for any team in our league. Let me know when you get that far and I'll help some more.
