Hey lastresort -My team is doing ok. Greenberg's playing well and Eck seems to have his act together. I think Wells is going to be my 4th starter from now on. I benched Brock because he wasn't getting on base enough. Thome and Ramirez are doing surprisingly well. How's your team doing?Nipsey :nerd:

My team is doing ok. Greenberg's playing well and Eck seems to have his act together. I think Wells is going to be my 4th starter from now on. I benched Brock because he wasn't getting on base enough. Thome and Ramirez are doing surprisingly well. How's your team doing?

Hello Nipsey-First of all, allow me to apologize for thinking you're were the alias "King_Kelly". Secondly, my team is the best team in the league, not counting cheat_boy. Ruth and Simmons are holy terrors at the plate, and since benching Mark McGwire for not getting on base hardly ever, Bill Lange already has 16 steals, despite not getting on base much. My bullpen sucks, John Wetteland is the only reliable reliever I got. My rotation isn't too shabby, and I no longer hate Charley Radbourn and his 2.18 ERA.

I was going to call you crazy, but then I noticed that you can beat up Capella and suddenly my opinion changed.You go, Ricky. :thumbup:

for the baseball talk people (and I like talking about the sim too) we blew another 1 run game. I'm going to count up my one run losses tommorrow. Have a feeling I'll run out of fingers and toes.

as was stated, there is no competing with nipcasso. It is one schtick I would allow to remain. so who's KK if not any of the named suspects

GG UCONN that 8th inning was a tough one, bullpen cost you the W. Another member of the Bullpen collapse club victimized. We really need to set up some sort of support group. :bag:

GG IWKS. My bullpen has been pretty solid so I can't complain about that. We sure do know how to find a way to lose though. If we hit the ball, we don't field it. Pitch the ball well, we don't hit it. Get a rare good start by the bottom of the rotation, and the bullpen uncharacteristically blows up. It just never ends. Mickey hitting something like .195 is not helping. How many 1 run losses would be wins if a superstar like that started carrying his weight? :rant: you're getting yourself right back into the wildcard race btw. well done, :thumbup:
