*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (8 Viewers)

Call it a hunch

Ticket Number : 30266007
STRAIGHT BET
PLAYER TO SCORE 2 OR MORE TDS: SEAHAWKS @ FALCONS
[51737] FALCONS DEFENSE OR SPECIAL TEAMS (ATL) +3000
Risk: 50.00 Win: 1500.00

I paid the juice and bought NE down to -14 at -130. Did the same with the Falcons at -130 down to -4.

Homer play:
Nebraska  +9 -I've been reluctant to bet this team all year, but I think MAYBE I finally found a spot. They
lost Ed Morrow to a stress "reaction" in his foot, whatever the hell that means. He had it last year and
missed 4 games. That's a big loss because he is our best rebounder/body inside. Michael Jacobson will
have to play a lot of minutes today, but he's been playing MUCH better since league play started. He's
starting to remind me of Bruce Chubick from Danny Nee's team that won the Big 8 tournament if any of
you guys go back that far. He'll have to play more and the rest of the minutes will have to be picked up
by two true freshman in Jordy Tsimanga and Isaiah Roby. Jordy has a huge body but is very raw and still
very uncoordinated. The biggest concern with him is keeping him out of foul trouble. Roby is a fowrard,
very long and athletic that will let him play with the big men, but also very skinny. I'm a little worried about
Michigan's size inside but I question that they are 9 points better than anyone right now. Huskers have
already shown they aren't afraid to play on the road in the B1G with road wins over Indiana and Maryland.
The Northwestern game was easy to call from a mile away, just came off an emotional double OT win vs.
Iowa where 6 players played by far the majority of the minutes and then turn around 3 days later and play
a good NW team. I think Huskers keep it close. I'll hit the ML too for ####s and giggles, don't know that they
win, but have a hard time thinking they lose by double digits.

Also on Northeastern PK

Quick futures bet I hit yesterday, Justin Thomas to win The Masters at 40-1

They typically have the best odds on that kind of stuff...or at least it always seems that way
Yeah, if any D/ST is +185, and ATL is 3:1 for 1 D/ST score.....33:1 for two for the falcons looks pretty good IMO given potential game flow

Playing all 3 Edelman Specials.  Receptions/Targets since Gronk went down in week 10: 8/17, 8/11, 8/12, 7/15, 6/12, 5/8, 8/13.  NE won all 7 of these games by an average margin of 16.  From Silva:

While Edelman was out with a foot injury, Brady targeted Jackson in coverage a team-high nine times when the Patriots visited the Texans in Week 14 last season. Jackson was less of a liability this year, but he is likely to be more vulnerable than breakout RCB A.J. Bouye and plays the position the Pats most often attack due to Edelman’s high-volume slot role, where he averaged 7.1 catches and 12.6 targets across the final seven games after Rob Gronkowski (chest, back) went down in Week 10
8 or more - 7:4

9 or more - 7:2

10 or more 17:2

edelman's although intriguing pass for me (if I could even bet them) this time.  Too many NE guys to catch balls and 15 pt spread

21 plays, 10-11, a $100 dollar bettor would have lost $195. Em, I don't know if the "I'm going to show him, I'll bet on everything in sight" strategy was the best strategy.
Either way, you didn't prove a lot tonight. I'll keep watching. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this kind of how it played out last year? You started the season insanely
hot before going in the toilet?
I'm proud of the day I put together yesterday. One more Boston bucket and we're looking at 11-10 with two plus money hits.

I'm not going to bankrupt myself on a day like yesterday. Not worried about it. It's the rippers we live for.

Let me know if you guys would like me to set up Super Bowl Squares. I was thinking $10, $15, or $20 per square with a 4 square maximum per grid.

The site used is www.runyourpool.com.

To give you an idea of the payouts,  say we have a $10 per square grid - payouts would be $200 per quarter and $350 for final score. A $20 per square grid – payouts would be $400 per quarter and $700 for final score.

Feedback here or you can PM/email me.

Thanks.

I run one at my job that is pretty cool.

100 a square

Each qtr pays 1k the remaining 6k is divided by the total amount of score changes in the game.

Interesting for all who get stuck with 2s and 8s

I would love to get in on that. How many  squares can you buy?  Let me know if I can buy in, would love to

I'll let you know.

Guy who normally runs it is out with surgery so I am in charge of running it and I know they like allowing all employees in 1st before going public. I've hit a few times. Will let you know.

I'm really trying to give you some helpful advice.  There is a lot of stuff where I can look at SBR and just know @ChainsawU is throwing a hundo down on it.  When it comes to a lot of sides and total, the best bets you can make are the hardest ones to play.

And I put my money where my mouth is win or lose.  SB even gave me that 7.

What was the NFL system in the playoffs about SOS. It looks like Atl is coming in 14th SOS versus Seattle's 31st on Sagarin ranks. I bet that must have been at least three threads ago.
