Ever since last season Ballad of a Dead Soldier has been Khris Davis' walk up song. They've played it 312 346 times so far. I don't get it. So many songs out there to walk up to.

About 15 seconds before the "big one" I started to get a "Let it Ride" feeling in my stomach with Chase cycling up to 2nd place...it was a glorious 15 seconds!

Alvarez/GGG goes the distance -130. 1u. G has terrific power, Alvarez has good power. But both are incredibly well-conditioned athletes and both have excellent punch resistance. Neither has been down (although Canelo's been shepherded away from any real scary hitters his whole career). 

 
Never forget that since Sep 11, 2011, Jon Lester's team has gone 1-10 SU (avg line -126) asking him to help avoid being swept in a 3G or 4G series. The last time was home versus Pitt on a Sunday when he went zero runs allowed in 7 IP and they still lost by five runs. link

I know you have to protect your guys in the clubhouse.. But that #### pisses me off about how he doesn't even blink when he says he is my closer.  

Normally don't get mad at tigers games since so many but I screamed at the TV after this one today
