Any of you guys play mini-baccarat regularly? (Big baccarat is too snobbish and too sloooooow for my liking). When I go to the casino, I like to do some hit-and-run Martingaling, because I have no card-counting skills and I'm a loser and everything in the joint is -EV anyway, so why not. I like the Martingale element to baccarat because it's either player or banker and it's BASICALLY a 50/50 proposition. Foxwoods got rid of Casino War because they evidently were getting killed by Martingalers. Baccarat seems like the next-best game for this venture, because roulette is too damn slow, as is craps. Blackjack isn't great either, because you could get stuck needing to double or split with a monster stake in the circle. I'm guessing there's not much skill involved in mini-bacc. Wizard of Odds says to always bet the banker, despite the 5% commission. Is that it? Do you guys zig-zag your bets? Play with streaks? Play against streaks? Just wondering.

Almost Beef Bowl time.  :excited:   Hope everyone is well.

Sounds like the ideal situation to me, a double martingale

Champions league

Sporting -195

A draw clinches a euro qualifier but a win keeps their hopes alive for advancement into champions league knock out stage.

Moscow +110

Moscow has the chance to take the reins here. Benfica has been dreadful in CL play. Already elimiated basically and they usually struggle in Russia. With Moscow playing ManU as the final game, Moscow needs to come away with 3 here.

Paris SG -2.5 -135

I got effed in Paris last night. Well...my daughter wanted a shirt and my son wanted a chip and dale Eiffel tower toy....$68 later...i got effed in Paris. Back to soccer, PSG has scored 17 and conceded 0. They are moving on and a draw secures 1st place the only way I see this losing is if Paris lets their foot of the gas and we get a 2-0 game. However, of late it's been the Cavani show.  Wouldn't surprise me if Neymar trys to remind everyone he still plays is Paris and scores 3 on his own.

1H lines

Sporting/Olym o1 -140

There has been a 1H goal in 3 of 4 sporting CL matches. The last times thead guys met we got 3 1H goals. This probably pushes but I'll take the shot we get 2.

Paris SG -1.5 -140

 Paris has scored at least 2 goals in every 1H in CL play

Barca/Juventus u1 -130

These teams have played a total of 8 1H in CL and we have seen 5 total 1H goals. Each team benefited from an own goal once. A messi goal at 45m and 2 other goals. I think we get a tight match up here early on. Of those 8 1H's played only 1 went over 1 goal in the 1H.

The few times I've played I just tail the Asians, except one time I was pretty drunk and some guy came in late with like 2K opposite of me (this was back in college so that seemed like a fortune to me, and I'll be honest, I've never come close to laying 2K down on a hand of anything).   I decided to let it ride and did a fist pump when I won my $25.  Think I got up after that

I also watched a guy blown through like 5K at the roulette table a few years back.  Just kept pulling out $100's and betting like 5 numbers a spin.  Didn't hit once while I was there.

I totally forgive Mike Leach for that bowl game kneel disaster a few years back https://twitter.com/PFTCommenter/status/933331034497863680
we "check in" every day. girl in public speaking said she was SO relieved to have finally chosen the desserts. so relieved. they finally chose the desserts (dessert bar). she was very relieved at having had done this and checked it off her list. then some chick asked her when she was getting married: May 5th.

Can't decide on the other three games tomorrow. Caldwell has success versus Zimmer and on Thursdays/Thanksgiving, but the Vikes feel strong given that line. Then the two night games. College seems right in line with the other college Thanksgiving games. Winner gets to 40 and the loser doesn't see 25. Then it just feels like we are all losers by simply watching the late game NFL.

Vikes and Skins for me. If Tyron Smith plays Boys, if not Bolts.  Egg Bowl I took over 64', but I'd go as high as over 66.

A coworker just returned from a two week trip to Asia.  He went to several casinos in Macau and said it was almost nothing but Baccarat.  He had a hard time even finding a blackjack table and no craps, roulette, etc.

story of the four centers

Redskins placed starting center Spencer Long on IR and the backup center broke his hand Sunday, so yesterday the Redskins signed backup-backup-backup center Demetrius Rhaney. Kirk Cousins will make the start Thursday with third-string center Tony Bergstrom - a center who Cousins has probably taken zero snaps from in practice.

playing with less than a full week

Since 2014 - the year Jay Gruden became head coach of the 'Skins - the Giants and Redskins are a combined 18-3 O/U on less than the typical six days off. They intersected twice in that situation: Thursday, Sep 25, 2014, and Thursday, Sep 24, 2015. Gruden by himself is 11-0 O/U in that spot with 29±7 points allowed.

Left tackle Tyron Smith and linebacker Anthony Hitchens are listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers because of groin injuries but both expect to be available.

This will be the 8th matchup between Zimmer and Caldwell. They've also seen Mike McCarthy seven times in the past, but that's it. Like a fine wine and cougars, I think Caldwell gets better with age. I think he gets the advantage. He has done well on Thursday, has done well on Thanksgiving, and it just feels like the QB situation is better. Feels like Keenum is living on borrowed time, even without Bridgewater looking over his shoulder.

Lions will keep it close but I think the Vikings cover.  Lions D is not good.  Also if the Lions somehow have a late lead you can't really count on them to kill the clock with the run game

I'm gonna say 24-20 Vikings

Lol no.  It was an older guy and he got pissed because they wanted to see his ID and verify his identity.   Guessing blowing through large stacks of cash might trigger some money laundering concerns or something?
Well, not if it's all losses. I think the "I take black, you take red" method would get some eyes.

Where’s that broom emoji?

Funny thing about being on a cruise in Jamaica on Thanksgiving is you got all these middle aged straight laced folks who are walking around as high as a kite wearing Bob Marley shirts who are going to vote GOP when they get home to protect the real estate portfolios.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you beautiful b@stards.

Never understood this. My roommate freshman year in college was pretty much a stereotypical young Republican, and he liked the Dead AND Rage Against The Machine.

I mean even that last part on its own is kind of weird.
