*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (7 Viewers)

Been dealing with a few things this winter, haven't been around the wagering waters too much lately, but this just hit us all out of the blue.

My uncle just passed following complications from a heart attack, he'd be 48 in March. He loved NASCAR. He didn't own a computer 12-15 years ago but he was part of a fantasy league at his work. He would call the house and have me put in his picks each week. The things you remember...

Saw it was Daytona today so came to see our picks. I was walking down the ICU hall and saw the race on the tv and had understandably totally forgot about the picks until just now. Saw Larson was in first and it made me smile. He might not win but all this brought me back to the fantasy NASCAR days, so it was a happy moment on an otherwise poor day.

2H - Blazers / Raptors O106, -110

Two great offenses, a one-point game, and plenty of players who can get to the charity stripe.

I really like the over on the Blazers / Raptors tomorrow at 212.5. Buy the half point and be excited about it.

106-106 is what you're shooting for. I remember betting on these teams around this time in Vegas last year and them creaming the over.

The calculated risk here is if Lowry plays. If Lowry plays, I don't understand how this doesn't go over.
THAT'S WHAT I DO!!!

I haven't taken any action on it yet but I like the Pelicans for an upset if they can keep it close going into the 4th quarter.

I don't see Westbrook putting on his typical dog and pony show with Davis and Cousins guarding the rim.

What's the clippers play
Not sure yet, Clippers -10.5 is too rich for my blood but there is smoke to the fire. Pretty much, the Clippers are on a two-game losing streak and go against Charlotte who they've beaten 5 times straight and 6 in a row in LA.

They haven't lost to the Hornets in LA since 2009. Average win in LA by 10 points. Hornets on a back to back having played 3 games in 4 days.

Meant to fade Pels tonight.  Forgot.  Auto fade till it loses.

Went to go make a quick 100 on La La Land @-600 but I was at my limit. Tried my hardest to make a quick 79 instead and as I went to rebet I was too late....had I not put in all those futures I'd be going to cursing out Steve Harvey and Warren Beaty for years to come.

Sorry I couldn't post here yesterday, was on the tail end of a 60 hr road trip.  Hope we did all right, got darn close on Larson winning it.

Cubs throw out a strong lineup today against the White Sox. Anderson competing for a spot in the rotation.  I'm going with Cubs -140 for some afternoon baseball action.
