This an interesting matchup with huge implications for Anaheim and none for Chicago. The Blackhawks have already locked their fate in securing their division and the best record in the West. Anaheim on the other hand is fighting to win the Pacific Division and home ice advantage as they remain just two points ahead of Edmonton and San Jose with a few games remaining. The Ducks will be without their top two defensemen so I expect a wide open game. The Hawks will be resting some of their starters tonight with nothing to play for, and Coach Q will be auditioning players for his fourth line as Chicago charges towards the playoffs. I would love to see these teams meet in a few weeks. The Ducks have been hot at home and are coming off back to back wins against Calgary. Ducks keep their stranglehold on 1st place tonight with a win over the best team in the West.
