*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (11 Viewers)

Them Texas boys roll deep. I'm just trying to tell you. See that little raven-haired passenger. We run the streets. Texas boys. Everybody turn around when my 20's turn around. Don't have to be fast 'cause when I stop my rims keep trimming the grass.

You're trying to say its an entire state of alphas? That doesn't make any sense.

Props to the Phillies for not giving up today. That would have been a crucial comeback. How many SU and RL tickets do you think were ripped up after the first five innings of that game. I still have my red "In Herrera We Trust" Phillies shirt I got after I did o2½ H+R+RBI on him and he led off with a home run against KC last July.

Votto Votto I'll get the seven digits from your mother for a dollar tomorrow. Do you know what Missy Elliott's favorite type of mortgage is? A reverse mortgage. Is it worth it, let me work it. I put my thing down flip it and reverse it. You got yourself a sexy mortgage baby.

Two awesome parts of the VIP Sports podcast today (yes, I still listen.  I can't stop!):

1.  Both Steve and Skipper have gotten offers to have their own sports show on ESPN, but turned it down because they "have to curse" and "make more money betting sports"

2.  The Braves are a solid NL sleeper this year because they made good moves to add veterans like Nick Markakis this off season (he signed there in 2015)

Angels 0-4 SU (avg line -120) w 32 runs allowed in their L4 home debuts. Bullpen allowed 18 of those. During that same time M's 4-0 SU (avg line -102) w 25 runs scored in the 1st meeting of the season w Halos. Action junk.

M's ML
M's o4

I think the best thing about this game in Saint Lou is learning that Joe West has produced multiple country music albums of himself singing.

Root Sports wants to know where you root with their new social media campaign #whereiroot. Even the female sportscaster said, "We want to know where you root. Show us where you root." Which could be potentially dangerous because in Australia the word root (verb and noun) is a synonym for #### in nearly all its senses such as, "I feel rooted," "this machine is rooted," "she's a good root," and also - according to the Australian slang dictionary - is a very useful word to take advantage of in fairly polite company.

(1) M Leishman (3rd Round) ML (-125)

(2) J Spieth (3rd Round) ML (-110)

(3) J Rose (3rd Round) ML (-120)

End of year NBA is so weird. I bet there are some really good opportunities for cappers who can correctly ajudge what a team's going to do with players x, y, and z out.

Lomachenko Inside The Distance -156 (5D)

The best boxer in the world, pound for pound. He does a lot of flashy #### and even a non-boxing fan could tell he operates on another level, but it's almost all in the service of steadily beating his opponent's ### while usually remaining unmarked.

Jason Sosa's a pretty rugged dude. He won't quit on his stool like Walters did, he may not be victimized by a spectacular KO like Rocky Martinez did, but I think at some point his corner or the judge will put a stop to this one. I'm guessing 10th round, wouldn't be surprised by anything after the 5th though. And he knows that KO's, especially when he's headlining the show, will only serve to burnish his credentials and guarantee further HBO exposure.
