If you guys want to learn how to bet baseball this weeks Money Talks Podcast breaks it all down.

Bet you guys didn't know you can bet on just the first five innings of a game did you?

You can also bet the game with a spread and it's called the "run line".

They don't call me the bookie killer for nothing! The strip runs for cover when Steve Stevens rolls in, because all I do is win money, baby! Hit me up @VIPSportsLV and let me, Skip, Pirelli when he's not being had by Asian strippers and the rest of gang shut your bookies down. Skip is on a roll this season, exploiting more value on these run lines than he does on the dollar menu. We can't turn off this money faucet, unlike that rigged stock game. Come get my hand-picked owners selection today!

Haven't looked deeply into this mixel dude, but I think he selectively posts results. He posts all plays, but does follow-up tweets where he says which bets won, but I'm not sure if every card has a follow-up tweet, which would make his results look more robust than they actually are.

@ChainsawU can you do some sort of SDQL query to look at the Rockies on the first game (or series) of a road trip?  I read something yesterday that suggested that the atmosphere at Coors affects the way hitters see pitches, so they get used to that and then when they go on the road it takes time for them to adjust to normal air pressure.  Just a thought.  If you can look at results v opening lines and closing lines that may be beneficial as well.

Thanks

its a winning system but not because of coors

Iv'e got when playing as a visitor in the first game of a series with zero days rest, and their previous game was home  they are 36-56 -$517 - 5.6% ROI

same thing but their previous game was away they are even worse 39-72 -17.7% ROI - $1965

I agree. Since 2012 Rox own the worst road record in the MLB: 148-262 SU -$6,079 On +$4,234 Against. Best team to fade on the road in any situation L6 seasons without having to narrow it down.

You want to start with me? Your statistics are dog####, everybody sees that.
Logic and Ethics are definitely where I'd start. I'm not saying that a person should "act logically" or "act ethically," I'm just saying that those are the two classes I'd take. There are a lot of different ethical theories and there are a lot of different types of reasoning and fallacies, but putting them all together gives you a good set of tools to use to defend yourself with words. It's two, three-hour classes and should take about three months to complete. I'd take them concurrently to maximize the benefit.

Adjusted Series Price:

Hawks  +115

Hawks looked like hot garbage last night, but their record in series game 1's the last number of years has been dreadful and we all know what they've accomplished. Not super confident here but I'm going to take a stab.

Sitting on Wild -101 and Hawks  +115 for round 1 series right now.

Friday Playoff Pucks:

I'm not playing anything for the time being. I actually lean OVER 5 in the St. L/Minn game, but after watching game 1 that's a scary position to take.
Right now NYR/MON U5 is sitting at -145. If I can get that at -140 or better I will play that, but nothing else excites me. A Pens play in REG at EV is
probably worth a stab if you are dying for action.

Tailing you on the series plays, GB.  The U5 on NY/MON is down to -140 at 5D currently.

Red Sox  -134
BOS/TB F5 U4.5  -120
Royals   -139
HOU/OAK F5 U4  -115
LAD/AZ F5 U3  +105

Just hopped in a cab. On my way downtown. Cab driver almost just fought someone. He was honking at some dude. Then the other dude got out of his car and started yelling at us. I was like, "Go! Go! Just go!" After we left I was like, "You did a good job. You did a really good job. That man was mentally ill, you did a good job." He looked back at me with wild eyes over his old reading glasses and was like, "YEEASH?"

Donkey, gussey, anyone...  This thread would be much nicer for you, and many of us, if you just stop engaging and quoting a certain poster.

Braves won't have their first home game until Friday. That's kind of crazy. Since 2004 teams playing their first home game after starting the season with > 5 road games have gone 59-46-2 (.562) O/U. Coming off a day of rest in that situation:

Rest = 0: 40-37-2 (.519) O/U
Rest > 0: 19-9-0 (.679) O/U link

Jays, Indians, Marlins, and Braves will be making their home debut after a day off after playing their first 6,6,6,8 games on the road, respectively.
Braves o8
