Giants spent to much money on the defense to pull that ...  OBJ would then demand more money and fans wouldn't show up knowing they're mailing it in .

6 beers in on cold meds so not sure if this was actually serious ?
But they wouldn't be paying 37 yo Eli 21 mil next year either.

To win:

PGA TOUR Championship:

Webb Simpson +4550

Charley Hoffman +5500

Gary Woodland +6600

Portugal Masters:

Andy Sullivan +2000

PGA Tour Championship Round 1 Leader: Spieth +900

He's +550 to win, I figure if I don't hit him on Day 1, I might get a shot at +1000 or better before Day 2.  Jordan should have the best putting advantage once again in this field.  Knows how to attack the course.

Adding Daniel Berger +5825 because I played him last week and he was a massive disappoint and he also has two wins on Bermuda greens.

Day, Spieth, and Thomas have 3.  Johnson and Reed have 4.  I don't believe in Patrick Reed.

Do you remember how long the TOUR Championship has been played at East Lake? Well, only one winner in all that time has ranked outside the top-10 for GIR. Putting and Scrambling are factors, of course, but really we’re looking for guys to hit accurate tee shots and then follow up with laser-like precision with their irons.

Spieth, Casey, Woodland, and Kyle Stanley are the only Top 10 GIR guys in the 30 man field. Surprisingly DJ is 11.

On Woodland +5000. I want to add Casey but hoping his price +1600 goes up as more Spieth money comes in.

Had the Eagles vs. Giants for W3 @ -7/-7.5, line opened at -3.5 and quickly moved to -5. On this under a TD as soon as it's up.

I just feel this is the type of game and scenario where all things are pointing to an eagles 28-3 type of game but we get a giants 17-10 win.

Another week of Beckham practicing, short road trip, Eli can respond to pressure...i don't know, color me skeptical.

Is there a week 3 overreaction situation?

I get what you're saying, but this defensive front has looked good in the pre-season and now through two weeks against a division rival on the road and on the road against KC. Best it has looked in years. I think they are going to give Eli fits all day. NYG running game has looked and been awful, so if Eli can't move the ball in the air getting swarmed if the NYG o-line doesn't come out of nowhere and give him time the Eagles should be able to do enough to cash under a TD at home.

Up to 5.5 at Pinnacle. If I was a local in the Philly area I'd hold it back too.

ETA: 6.5 since I posted that. :kicksrock:
No doubt. Still better than the days of calling my book at noon on Sunday and having a 2 point difference in the city.

BOL holding at -5 for now.

Leicester +170 draw no bet

Liverpool has striggled at Leicester. Leicester is without Jamie Vardy but Liverpool is resting 6 players.

I really think this is going to be a 1-1 draw but I don't think Liverpool cares enough to win.

Ugh. Liverpool started Coutinho surprisingly and has had several good scoring chances early.

Little known fact - Coutinho is known as "Jim Bob" to his close friends.

a tale of two coaches and a tale of two quarters

If you are looking for a reason to back Arizona + points on Friday, just know that since Utah joined the P12 conference dogs have gone 18-9 ATS against them (5-4 SU and 6-3 ATS lined < 5). If you're looking for a reason to back Arizona on the moneyline as the home dog, just know that Rich Rodriguez owns more straight up wins versus Kyle Willingham than any other head coach in football.

In their six games against one another - after halftime adjustments - Whittingham has outscored Rodriguez's team 57-7 in the third quarter. Sounds rough, but Rodriguez paid him back immediately by outscoring Whittingham and the Utes 75-10 in the 4Q of those six games.

In on this. Also playing TCU OKST U70.5, opened at 64.5, I'll fade the public here.

Crushed those opening numbers, I usually don't make my plays until Wednesday night so that worked out well.  Let's peel one more layer off this onion...

Average rankings of last 6 winners:

Driving Distance: 15th, Driving Accuracy: 8th, Greens in Regulation: 5th, Proximity to Hole: 13th, Scrambling: 9th, Putting Average 7th.

Using adjusted averages for last 10 rounds (Since John Deere classic) and only comparing players to others in field:

Driving Accuracy: 1) Matt Kuchar; 2) Webb Simpson; 3) Kyle Stanley; 4) Kevin Kisner; 5) Rickie Fowler / Russell Henley; 7) Brian Harman; 8) Paul Casey; 9) Adam Hadwin; 10) Pat Perez; 11) Jason Dufner; 12) Jordan Spieth; 13) Jon Rahm; 14) Kevin Chappell; 15) Charley Hoffman; 16) Dustin Johnson; 17) Patrick Cantlay / Justin Rose / Gary Woodland; 20) Hideki Matsuyama.

Greens in Regulation: 1) Jordan Spieth; 2) Marc Leishman; 3) Paul Casey; 4) Hideki Matsuyama / Gary Woodland; 6) Rickie Fowler / Sergio Garcia; 8) Charley Hoffman; 9) Patrick Cantlay / Jason Dufner; 11) Russell Henley; 12) Kyle Stanley; 13) Jon Rahm; 14) Dustin Johnson / Matt Kuchar / Justin Rose; 17) Jason Day; 18) Pat Perez / Justin Thomas; 20) Kevin Chappell.

Putting Average (Putts per GIR): 1) Brooks Koepka; 2) Jason Day; 3) Justin Thomas; 4) Dustin Johnson; 5) Jordan Spieth; 6) Rickie Fowler; 7) Paul Casey / Webb Simpson; 9) Xander Schauffele; 10) Hideki Matsuyama; 11) Jon Rahm; 12) Matt Kuchar; 13) Kevin Chappell / Charley Hoffman; 15) Jhonattan Vegas; 16) Marc Leishman / Patrick Reed; 19) Daniel Berger; 20) Russell Henley.

Jordan's driver will certainly cause him to nuke a few holes, just hoping it doesn't happen on day 1.  Hoping for some regression to the mean with Berger because dude couldn't make a putt to save his life last week.  Course should be fairly soft from heavy rain last weekend which should work in the favor of my crew, but maybe Jordan the most in the field.
