They call the greatest sports player of all time the GOAT. Well I got some news for you where I come from we bet on goats of our own. We bet on breed, fur color, hoof, cheese, and which nanny squirts milk the farthest because in my book the goat is the greatest animal of all time thank you.

Ironic that greedygoat and Lambskin are the 1st 2 to like this post

can't really even watch the game because of fashion class <_< should be action junkie lite week - the one thing I really want to bet is the baseball over on Saturday & will probably bump this post; hopefully to an 8½ or better

@Tiger Fan your Saints a safe play in Survivor?   my only other real choice would be the Bengals and I really have a hard time trusting Dalton after he cost me a share of the pool 2 years ago as like a 10 point home favorite over Houston

Lost to Brian Hoyer and TJ friggen Yates 10-6 :lmao:

I'm b/w Saints and Cincy as well.  Leaning heavily towards Saints as they check off all my prequalifiers: home team, non-division, non prime time game.  Given they have the biggest spread of the week, that's just the icing on top.  I'd imagine they'd be a very widespread play this week as many people probably haven't used them yet.

For me it came down to Saints, Pats, Eagles and I went Saints.

I like the Astros to win the series at +210.  They still have 3 home games and 2 Verlander games.  If they can win 3 of those 5 then we get a game 7 and who knows!

Sometimes I try to avoid the biggest spread just because it's nice to survive when half the pool goes out, but not worrying about it here

Yeah that's the only reason why I was considering Cincy.  Almost 50% of the remaining people have used them, so a Cincy win and a Saints loss would be nice if I went that route.  But I don't think I will.

I took the Jets here already. One thing I read is how the Dolphins will have essentially been on the road for 3 weeks by the time this game rolls around, even though they didn't play week 1.
:goodposting:

This is a good example of how we'd been taking into consideration Miami's first four weeks of the season regarding travel. We know what they went through. Now, after they've finally gotten home - from freakin' London no less - they pressed reset and have gone 3-0 SU and 2-0-1 ATS. I didn't expect to see a 3 tonight but I guess that's what you have to line it if you're trying to paint a certain narrative. I don't know why, but it just seems like tonight's line is based on season-long stats without taking into account Miami's situation the first four weeks of the season.

For some reason, I had a Brain Fart and thought Cincy/Ind were both in the same decision.  I think I'm leaning Cincy again.

HC Chris Creighton and EMU 16-4-1 ATS L21 (10-1 ATS away). They went 2-0 SU and ATS to start the season - had a bye week - and then 0-5 SU L5; losing by 7,4,5,1,3. What the hell happened during the bye week, Chris? Anyway, all their games have been close and that ATS record speaks for itself. The seven looks good to me and it's kind of contrarian if that's your thing.

I went longest TD under 36.5.  Kinda flies in the face of a defensive td.  But IF there are no defensive tds, the only guys who KINDA scare me are Stills and Devante.  Call it...and educated guess.

Also going 1st SCORE a Ravens FG +250 cause I love Justin "Mother" Tucker.
