Anyone know what the prop situation looks like at the Freemont Casino (a Boyd Gaming property)?  Boyd is providing the lines for the IP in Mississippi and I might hit that up for week 1 or 2

You wanted a heads up when soccer started 

There are really 5 leagues most people follow.

England, Spain, Italy, France and Germany. As a homer i follow Portugal. 

England/ France and Portugal starts up friday.

Spain and Italy next weekend while Germany the 24th.

The futures to win the leagues are pricey but very reliable and solid if you dont mind the juice. I only bet on credit, so no issue tieing up cash.

Paris SG is -1000 and Bayern is -700

Very little competition there for the top spot and those guys should win their leagues with a month to spare.

Italy; i have hit juventus every year to win and made money. This year with the addition of ronaldo i expexted it to be cray but started at -250 and now creeped up to -300. They did loae their top scorer last week but i assumed just on square play alone this would be at -500. I will probably hit it but was concerned why it was so low with the ronaldo factor.

Spain; Barca should win at -145 and surprised Real Madrid is only at +125...again with the ronaldo leaving factor. Atletico Madrid who finished ahead os Real last year is a decent value play at +1200 but Barca is solid. I may hit Barca for a few units and half a unit on AM.

Englad

ManCity won it last year by a landslide. They come in at -150. No team has repeated in almost a decade. EPL is more competitive than the other mentioned leagues in that there are 5-6 teams that have a decent shot at a title every year...relatively speaking as opposed to 1 or 2 teams in the above leagues.

Liverpool is the 2nd favorite at +300 and decent value. They made it yo the final in the champions league last year and spent anlot of money thus far.  Man United at +550 is next, they can win it all...or can implode and finish 6th. Tricky year for them. Chelse +800 is in the mix. Tottenham +1200 has value and some call them the sneaky/sexy pick and Arsenal +2000 is meh. No one else has a shot. Leicester City a few years ago pulled of the Jimmy Valvano NC State miracle but we shouldn't see that for another 20 years...if ever.

You can bet on Champions League futures. This tournament will start running in Oct with group play with the teams that actually have a shot. The teams in the above leagues mainly win that. That is such a crapshoot at this point i personally would wait til teams start coming out of group play towards the end of the year as i dont see any real value with so many teams lined equally.

That 1-0 match was ManU/Tottenham. So picture a bama/georgia type opener. ManU being a defensive mided team by nature i suspect that was more of a closed game with 2 good teams playing it safe meanwhile all the other games were top level team playing a below level team(talentwise).

Yes, on NSNBC

What's on deck for MLB? What are we leading off with? It feels like a whole new ballgame tonight, even though it seems like these K props have been hit or miss. Time to cover all the bases and knock one out of the park - need to swing for the fences right off the bat.

 
Anyone withdraw from dsi recently?  They're telling me they charge for Bitcoin withdrawals now, 10% on withdrawals over $300 :X

 
In the past 3 years, only 4 games have closed at 35 and below in NFL Preseason week 1.  Currently there are 9 in that range for Thursday night

This season the Orioles have gone 0-12 SU coming from one (1) day off. Looking at entire seasons, the 2009 Nats went 2-16 SU "after a day off" that season - the worst any team in the database has ever done in that spot. This might be the day for the O's to begin correcting that trend! Will Baltimore Rays up and show their O face tonight?

Deposit and withdrawal fees always seemed incredibly wrong to me. That's something they charge rookies, not veterans like us. Seasoned veterans shouldn't have to pay rookie fees. I'd negotiate. Ask them how much it costs them to use Bitcoin as opposed to cutting you a check or initiating a bank wire. I'd at least ask them to explain themselves. That's where I'd start, let them know you're unhappy and give them the opportunity to make gambling there worth your while.

OK if you deposit via BTC then no charge on withdrawals, if you use a CC and then withdraw via BTC, 10%, NASTY

It's one of those situations where I think either team could cover the over by themselves.

The Dodgers lineup is stacked. Dozier, Machado, Turner to lead off.

Both teams need wins and both teams are aware that they're both playoff teams. The game is in Oakland, so pitchers don't bat.

In NJ for work, giving the Draft Kings sportsbook app a spin. $200 free bet with $200 deposit, no rollover. Prices stink, -112/-113 ish odds on college football, NFL closer to -110. Definitely shaded to faves. Will be interesting to see if some/all the NJ books offer bonuses and what rollover will be required. Supposedly Beau Rivage in biloxi, MS has 20 cent lines on MLB.  Not sure about NFL or CFB yet

 
My cleaning lady told us that her cousin was kidnapped in Laredo and recently ransomed for eight grand. They paid the ransom but the man still hasn't been returned. The reason she told me this was because I was pondering donating some clothes to Goodwill and she wanted the clothes. That was her reasoning as to why I should give them to her, so I agreed, and I also gave her my 65" television. I would bet money that she probably stabbed someone before. But she would never stab me because her little granddaughter said I have pretty eyes, and she keeps a photo of me on her nightstand among several small religious statues.

Braves have been slumping and I look for them to get back on track behind Folty who has been adequate against the Nationals in the past.

 
Since 2009 the Red Sox have gone 26-7 SU (avg line -147) against opposing starters making debut starts for their respective teams (1st MLB). sdql
