Official Game Thread***Baltimore Ravens at Buffalo Bills -2.5 (49.5)*** (6 Viewers)

At least they're trying to pass on 1st down (Lamar's efficiency is off the charts there), but Bill sare really selling out there.

Oh man Dobbins you GOTTA catch that. What an effort by Jackson.

That first drive for Buffalo, Baltimore did a fantastic job of faking pressure. The Bills expect the Ravens to blitz a ton, but the Ravens faked bringing pressure and Allen had more defenders in coverage than he expected.

With so much attention being paid to the Bills right now and all the love, I’m hoping that Goodell is at the game tonight to make sure the refs follow through with making sure the Bills win (just kidding guys, hoping for a good clean well played game...mostly).
:oldunsure:

Oh Gabe. Gotta catch that. That was a perfect throw by Allen and should have been a TD. Can’t let those slip through rook.

Both teams kinda feeling each other out a bit, but boy Baltimore not playing well at all. Special teams putting them in a hole and the D making some dumb plays... O is going to have to open it up, and that means passing more on 1st.

Not ideal. Gave Davis questionable to return with an ankle injury. Wonder if he tweaked it making the cut and it affected his concentration a bit.

I mean that was either delay or shifting without resetting.
Ravens struggle to get plays in on time

That was a delay but they were so disorganized a flag would have helped them. Couldn’t burn another timeout to get set

Are missed FGs and shanked punts the result of a physical game last week?
Nothing to do with physical play. After the game Harbaugh said it was the most important win of his career. Other players kind of said the same thing about how much that win meant. His take was that was a weird thing to say and when people accomplish a really important goal and feel a sense of satisfaction, it could soften them up a bit mentally for the next game.

Missed an easy td there
That was a huge missed opportunity. Wonder if Allen is concerned about the wind. Last year he threw his deep balls way too flat and gave his receivers no chance to run under them. He did much better lofting then this year. His two deep balls tonight were much more on lines like last year.

ETA: or or could just look that way. If the Ravens kicking is an indication, the wind has really kicked up in that direction. Wind could have been taking those balls and sailing them. Let’s see how things look going against the wind now.

Very likely. You don't just all of the sudden revert like that without a reason. He's not choking, he's just trying to get it through the wind, most likely. Anything that floats and gets hung up is liable to be picked, too.
