And I talked to one of those crazy people Tim was talking about and he said with the media blitz going on(you know,non-stop guns are evil talk)he wanted to buy some ammo and magazines while the price was still low because of a fear for price increases that could come soon.
He said the store was full and had a ton of women(young and old)buying a weapon for the first time because of the fear being thrown around and to protect their families.
That is NOT who I was talking about. Someone going to a gun store and buying a weapon because they fear a price increase is fine. It's somewhat irrational, given the modest proposals and the unlikelihood that they'll pass a Republican House, but its fine. I was referring to Mr. Two Cents'; stories of people, already well armed, rushing into gun stores and cleaning out the stock in order to have a full stockpile just in case they're forced to resist the federal agents who will soon be coming to their door, looking to seize their guns and stick them in concentration camps.
