FOXSports.com's John Czarnecki writes that Jeff Garcia (questionable, back) "will be active" Sunday against the Texans.
However, the Czar adds that the Buccaneers may want to play it safe with Garcia, indicating he could be active and not start. Garcia is a very risky fantasy play because he could be active and not be used for the entire game or at all after how well Luke McCown performed in relief last week.
