***Official Julius Thomas Hype Train*** (4 Viewers)

bottom line - I have no idea if the guy has any credibility or not. Take it for what it's worth - some guy you have never heard of claims to have inside info and thinks JT won't play.

If you want to be ahead of the curve, sometimes you have to consider "dubious" info - that's all this is.
Agreed. Glad you mentioned it. I dropped the TE I replaced JT with last week predicting he'd likely play this week, and picked up another after this info. I wouldn't have done that in light of only the major outlet's coverage.

Just picked up Jared Cook off waivers. Not a good matchup against the Niners, but he does start about 20 minutes before the Broncos game. Should be a window of time to plug in Cook if JT is declared out. I also have Tony Gonzalez, but I don't want to go there.

am I going Crazy?? You Guys Are Actually Making decisions Based On An unknown message Board Poster With No Evidence To Back Up His Claim? There are ZERO Credible Sources Reporting This.

The guy knew the nature of Wolfe's injury before anyone in the mainstream media even knew he had gone to the hospital. I didn't trust that he was credible, but it was enough to ever so slightly push me to pick up a backup just in case.

Word on the street is that Julius does not play tomorrow. If you are counting on JT, you would be wise to have a back-up plan, considering the late start.
Source or link? All the sources I've been able to find say he looked better in practice today and it looks like there's a good chance he will start. (Roto, ESPN)
terrible source
I had dropped my backup TE because everyone was saying JT would play. Because of this I picked up a backup. Some serious insider info, thanks for posting!

Green covered for me very admirably at the last minute last week. What's the prognosis this week ? Surely if he was very close at the weekend there, another 5-7 days recuperation should see him return to play ?

Will be cold with possible snow for this Sundays game.
It looks like worse conditions than the ne game. Curious to see how manning does. The thursday game following vs sd looks to be much warmer mid 40s, no rain, low wind. This game Sunday seems to be the last regular season test with the cold before the playoffs. .

whats the wind report? thats the real issue in the NE game, then again Brady had no issue in it.

Looks like 8-12 mph. Of course it could change. It was much worse in the ne game right?

yes sustained over 20mph with higher gusts in NE . Plus it was at night, this game on sunday is at what? 2pm local time or so?

Who is starting orange Julius with confidence? I have the luxury of choosing between JT, Jordan Cameron or Lardarius Green and I would feel most comfortable with Thomas if he is 100%

I am in 2 leagues with Green and others as backup options.

As long as no negative info surfaces Sunday, we'll be dancing a gig to have him back.

That's because Brady can throw a boring spiral and Peyton tends to throw a mangled duck.

This week's ranking of JT from FBG is crazy low ... Olsen, Gates, Miller are a few ranked ahead of him? Really?
This makes no sense. With no welker he should have an even bigger game than normal.
I don't know, I see Tamme sliding in pretty easily and eating up Welker's snaps and targets. Maybe there are an extra 3-4 targets to go around on offense with Welker out, which would mean maybe 1 extra target for Julius. Not going to make a huge difference, either way.

On the other hand, San Diego's defense is terribad, and there's no way I'd bench any Broncos against them.

I was thinking Decker would get more of the targets ... Wasn't Tamme's role mostly for blocking?
